  Stay away from these compay. They call me to offer a Fuel discount card. And now they are saying i signed up for factor my loads with them. When i never even signed anything and now they are telling me that a was a verbal agreement.. how stupid is that.. and now they want to charge me $500 to give me a release letter when i never got or signed anything from them they call me offering i didnt

  Listen our company name is ****** trucking we have a book of story to write about our experience what we went through take a chair u would not believe what we went through I am going back stay away from fleetsmart runnnnnn far as u can they will brake u and turn u into pawpaw they will let ur business crash they wicked people I am going to come back with all the details let's see I'm we ******** trucking won't get our payment sheme we need our money !!!!!!!!!!!!!   I do not recommend anyone to factor with Fleetsmarts they are sharks and pirates they give you a hard time to leave they company dont do it people I repeat they give you a hard time to leave their company very unprofessional they still own me 100 dollars I dont know who is running that company but they are horrible business owners. They charged me 6% because I wasnt using they fuel card it seems like they company is of a dictatorship they force you to use other brokers other then TQL and they will charge you an extra 2.5% for not complying this company is a dictatorship once you sign with them its like blood in blood out they will make your life a pain when your trying to switch companies. Be careful my account manger name was ******* hes full of it he talk and good game but hes wicked

  Additionally, we dont make it difficult for you to leave the company. We simply offer one-year contracts in exchange for the work we do upfront to set up the financial structure needed to accommodate the demands of offering a credit line for fuel and factoring. We dont force you to enter into an agreement with us, but if you do, we expect you to comply with its terms. This is not intended to make things difficult for youits simply the nature of business.We offer the lowest factoring rates in the market when bundled with fuel. You signed an agreement to get a low factoring rate based on using our fuel card to purchase fuel. We also dont require anyone to use the fuel card unless we are offering the lowest price. So, we are not trying to force people to pay higher prices. Despite this guarantee of having the lowest price and despite the agreement, you decided not to purchase fuel, which led to additional charges. We told you we could refund the difference if you started using the fuel card. It appears that you were hoping we wouldnt notice and that you could take advantage of us by making promises, receiving your benefits, and then not holding up your end. Again, this is not about giving you a hard timeits simply an incentive to be honest.We dont force you to use brokers other than TQL. We purchase all TQL loads. This claim is false.We explain to everyone before they start factoring with us that factoring rates are based on a reasonable rate of concentration. This means waiting to haul more loads for a broker until that broker has paid for the previous load. This is a standard practice across the industry, not something unique to Fleetsmarts. Heres why: Imagine you have $10,000 outstanding with a broker, and while hauling a load of TVs, a child runs into the road, forcing you to slam on the brakes, damaging the TVs. In that case, the broker might hold payment for the entire $10,000 and require the carrier to recover the money from the insurance company. A wise carrier avoids hauling additional loads for a broker with an outstanding balance, ensuring that if cargo is damaged, the broker has no reason to hold payment and must instead go through insurance. We explained this to all carriers.We have not charged you for this, but we have explained that if you continue making poor business decisions that put payment for previously hauled loads at risk, your rates may increase due to the higher risk you are creating.

  This company is totally scammers I never sign anything there is no contract under my company name they sing me up for fuel card and factoring with out my permission and now there are asking for 500$ to send me release paper And they dont have any address Please be aware from this company I am not sure why they government Allowing this kind of company to operate outside of country to scam people I am not the first one and your not the last one Please report this scammer company I cant work because of this scammer company I paid insurance and everything to my truck But I cant work of this scam
