I would not recommend this company at all. I started receiving spam calls in reference to me needing funding which caused the companies to tell me there is a *** filing against me. I contacted the *** (*****) and they explained it was this ridiculous scamming company. I requested the documentation of where I signed something with them and nope nothing. They are now saying it was verbal with an employee that is no longer employed by them. But no record of anything. Now I demand them to remove this and this is the email I *********** clarify, a *** filing should not stop other factoring companies from factoring your loads I would also like to clarify that the UCC-1 filing does not require authorization from the debtor. However, because some companies have been spreading misleading information about *** filings, we now secure express authenticated records to defend ourselves. Our intention has never been to cause frustration. We are simply protecting our business from misinformation that, unfortunately, seems to have reached ****** seems that another company might have misled you about two important things:A ***-1 filing typically does not require explicit consent when credit is extended.We believe its important to recognize where this misinformation may have come from because trust built on false claims could lead to further issues down the line.We value the opportunity to work with you. Instead of letting misinformation influence your decision, wed like to offer:Option 1: Proceed with payment of the $500 processing fee, and we will issue the Letter of Release (***) within 45 days of your original request.Option 2: We are willing to waive the $500 fee if you choose to try our services with genuine intent for 60 days. If, after this period, you still wish to discontinue, the *** will be issued at no additional cost.This is a scamming company. DO NOT take their phone calls and I suggest you block them NOW. ********Fleetsmarts

They called me and said that the fuel calls were free, and they sent them to me, and I told them when I am ready I'll let them know. I told them to send information about their factoring and I would let them know when or if I'd use them. I decided to check the reviews on them and there were to many bad reviews. I found out that Fleetsmarts had filed a *** on my company. I never told them to file anything and I never signed any agreement with them. I called them and was told that I would have to fill out a letter of release and pay $500 to get out of it or use their factoring company for 40 days and they would release my company then. i told them I'm not filling the letter out because I didn't tell them to file the ***, I just started my company PAE Transport LCC, DOT#******* and Fleetsmarts is hurting my business they are holding my company hostage trying to make me factor with them. 10 out of 10 would not recommend to anyone.Fleetsmarts

They have been very helpful with fuel discounts and prompt funding on the loads factored through blue water capital. Definitely at all hours they have reached out to me and made themselves at all departments available to handle any issues we may have. Even before an issue may arrive they are reaching out top of the morning. The only thing is that they constantly call and sometimes to early in the morning but to look at it on the positive side the keep me up and going to keep the trucks in forward motion making money.Fleetsmarts

Never intended to do business with this company but they sent me fuel cards to try out. Told me to look over like 4 different contract options that I didn't want to do. Now they filed a **** on my account and it's hard to do work with any other company of my choosing.Fleetsmarts

They have gone above and beyond to help me grow my business and take care of all my needs is everything perfect no but they tryto be the best that they can be my account manager.
