I've bought thousands of dollars of merchandise from RC Willey over the years, so much so that I've no immediate need for any household items. I recently paid off my **** dollar credit payment on a high-end "Cafe'" range. I went to RC to buy a airfryer (it's the only thing I've needed to buy since the range) and use the credit of $80.88 that my original bill STATES will be available. "This order will earn a $80.88 rebate when complete." So, I called ***** at the corporate office who told me, "if you have the email with the rebate number I can do something." Well, if I had the email I wouldn't be on the phone right now I would have used the rebate! She said they rebates go out after 6 months of purchase but NOWHERE on the bill does it state that. *****'s logic was that I received the email (I have no record of it) so essentially, too bad I'm not restoring that credit. Do yourself a favor and avoid any company that states ambiguous language on any store credit without knowing exactly how it's distributed and the expiration date. "You should have known" is a tawdry BS excuse, RC Willey and ***** in billing services...just BS...Never again will this happen because never again will I buy anything from them! We purchased a ** Microwave/convection oven at the ************ store (**********). Our salesperson was ************************. **** was Knowledgeable, friendly, professional and courteous. After the purchase i had to telephone **** as I was missing an instruction manual. He told me would check for the manual and call me back. He returned my call within twenty minutes and said he had the manual, and I could pick it up at the store or he would mail it to me. I did elect to pick it up at the store.**** is an excellent salesperson, who offers follows up after the sale. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase an appliance.R.C. This place is the WORST with their delivery service and professionalism. They say they will be delivering on a certain day and they set one time up then they keep changing it several times that day then never show up. Then they can't reschedule for a couple days later. What the h*** is this? U can spend thousands of dollars with this place and they still treat you like c*** This will be the last time I order anything from them. We have had nothing but great experiences at RC Willey. The first time we visited their store, we were amazed at how organized and open it wasnot at all cluttered like some furnitures stores. We were greeted right away and handed a sales flyer. As soon as we turned towards the living room furniture section, we found our future leather couch and matching chair. It was exactly what I had envisioned in my head and thought it would take some time to find. Anyhow, we decided to browse around first just to make sure there wasn't something else we'd like more. The sales person, *************************, was friendly and professional--never pushy. He gave us his card and let us know where else in the store they had living room furniture and to let him know if we had any questions, then he left us alone to do our shopping (which I really appreciated). When we returned to him, he answered all our questions and told us about their financing (which we decided to apply for) and extended warranty (which after what happened to our previous couch, we decided to get). We got a delivery date the following week (three business days later), completed our financing application, and even got a leather cleaning kit with unlimited refills included in the purchase. A couple of weeks later, we got a thank you card in the mail from ******** with his cell, letting us know that we could call or text if we needed anything. I sent him a text late in the evening to let him know that we were interested in purchasing another item, included the link, and asked if we could do it remotely or had to go in. He responded right away and said he'd take care of it as soon as he got the work the next day. Sure enough, I got a text from him just after 9am with the itemized totals and once I gave him the go-ahead, he put the order through...with a delivery date at the end of the week. Wow! I am beyond impressed with this company and their sales associates. Check them out--you won't regret it!R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

I love my experience with R.C.WILLEY ************************* was very patient, understanding and spent a great deal of time showing me different sectionals. All aspects finding the right sectional financing delivery was all done in a timely manner and very professional. The guys that deliver it set up and were very respectful of my home is very happy with everything. I thought I had the wrong sectional, but I was told that it was the lighting and upon looking at the sectional in different light source it was the one that I ordered, so I was very pleased with everything!!! The Laptop was the last one and the floor model. The sales associate asked if it would be acceptable and I agreed that it would. Upon my arrival I was informed that everything was being restored to factory specs and was almost done. They asked if there was anything else that they could help me with while it was finishing the restoration. By the time that I chose a mouse it was complete.
