PLEASE READ: This is not about seeking a discount or anything free as I would NEVER shop here again I'm sharing to save a potential customer from shopping here. ********** provides excellent service, including price matching, and their customer service is top-notch. After a frustrating experience with RC Willey, where I encountered multiple issues with a washer purchase and lackluster customer service, I then bought both a washer AND a dryer from ********** with a smile on my face when I was originally just looking for a washer.Heres what happened: I bought a washer from RC Willey twice within a week. The first one smelled like smoke, and after returning it, I didnt complain. I then purchased a second BRAND NEW washer since I was already there. The second washer had a leak! I then complained. ******, the appliance manager, offered me a $50 discount, which turned out to be the Labor Day discount I should have received initially. They just didnt tell me about it or apply it to my original purchase. They also offered a free delivery service that was unnecessary since I had my own truck. The lady who stood next to me in the customer service line said they owe you a free washer, and the girl who worked at customer service apologized and knew that ****** was wrong. ****** had a disgusted look on his face the whole time I talked with him, I was also trying to be patient. After all this I just said I would like a return and they realized they never sent the refund through for the first washer it was just in the system..The ****** here is to choose a retailer where you feel valued and you will not find that at RC Willey. A better experience is worth more than the potential savings they offer that are potentially not even real. The worst part wasnt even the washers, it was working with ****** who only cares about his margins on one $600 sale and not returning customers.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

Employee stole my phone IPhone 15!Called the phone immediately after losing phone they cut it off! 30 min later they cut it back on!When I tracked my Iphone it showed the phone had left location of the store and returned 24 hrs later! When I confronted the badly built rude Hispanic lady in there warehouse got rude then tried and said I threatened them go figure! The criminals playing victim!R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

****, when a phone is misplaced or lost in our stores the associates at that location will bring the device to a protected area in our store like the customer service office or our will call. After pairing with our ********* location this is what happened. Forgetting your phone at our store does not mean that it was stollen. Your phone was also turned off when it was turned into will call which is why you could not call it and why it was turned back on later that day. Commentary on someone's race or physical description will not be tolerated. If we have to remind you again unfortunately, we will ask you to not return to RC Willey. In January of 2023 I purchased a ***** and recliner loveseat. Less then 6 months after purchasing the the TV had many issues. After calling the store they passed the buck to **. Needless to say they were useless and we ended up buying a new TV somewhere else. Now for the loveseat power recliner, I called to talk to customer service because not only is the power headrest not work but the right side of the frame is now leaning in. The item is under warranty but they want to charge me to look at it. So I guess not under warranty. I at this point guess they just sell disposable furniture and really don't care about repeat customers.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

Hi ******! I apologize for the confusion you have experienced. Electronics have a one-year manufacturer warranty so any issues within the first year do have to go through the manufacturer for resolution. Manufacturers of furniture also generally do not cover the labor for service after the first year. While the parts for your couch are still under warranty, the labor is not. Terrible customer service and incompetent employees. I ordered a trim kit online. The delivery was fast. However, went we drove an hour to *****, ID to install it in our new house and we discovered it was a box of pots and pans. We then drove a hour and 45 mins to the ***************** ***** to return it. We worked with a MANAGER to rectify the situation. He set it up to have the correct item be delivered on Weds. I called customer service because I received no communication regarding the delivery. Turns out the manager left the status in an estimated status. I called customer service today, spoke to a supervisor and the item is supposed to be delivered tomorrow. This is the second time this year this has happened to me. Both days I have taken off of work for the deliveries and received nothing. Their errors are costing me time and money. Additional, when I bought 4 large appointment is earlier this year, sales associate told me I would receive a rebate. When I started completing the rebate information, I found out that one of them didnt qualify. I had to have 4 appliances in order to receive the rebate. We bought an additional appliance because we were told we would receive the rebate. I feel like I was lied to. I will not be shopping at RC Willeys in the future.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

Our drivers did take a picture of the original delivery and we can see in that picture that it does state the box is for the pots and pans. We apologize for the mix-up. Horrible company for customer service. They dont value you and will lie when they sell you something then lie at customer service. Will not bend or help you at end of warranty. Bought 4 couches with them and one that was 5k real leather which its not fabric is pealing. Has to wait till after holidays to make warranty call just to be out of warranty by 4 days, will not help thats just said from a company. I bought my fridge in November 2019 as well as a 5 year warranty plan (60 months). My ice maker is not working and I called to have it fixed, but they are refusing to fix it because they said my warranty is already up. It has not even been 5 years yet and they are refusing to provide me a service that I paid for. I should get my money back and get my fridge fixed because this is ridiculous. Do not ever buy from this company because they cheat you of your money and have THE WORST customer service.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

This is compliant on your The RC Willey furniture store in ********* is located at ******************************************. This store is also known as ********* branch.The incident happened on 7/1/2024 around 4 pm PST. To my family and myself understanding, this is pure discrimination.I tried to purchase a sofa set for my mom who lives in *********, ******. I live in *******. My mother connect me to sales person to help me facilitate a payment. The sales person whom I don't remember her name suggested to me to create an RC Willey account and send my email address and account number. I did create the account and provided the requested information. A store attendant by the name *******, who refused to give us her last name old us, "It is the company policy to not sell out of Nevada customer" I repeatedly told her this is for my mom who lives in ********* but she said it is considered fraudulent. Moreover, she was extremely rude. I kindly asked for a manager or someone I can talk to but she said there is no manager in the store and I can call tomorrow morning. I don't know if it is your store policy to provide such a treatment to minorities or we are not your preferred customer.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

Bought 3 sets of washers/dryers for a new home and put them on a zero interest finance plan. Did not get any statements in the mail so after 2 months I called and was told I was already delinquent, had been removed from the zero interest plan, and had accrued over $350 in interest. I was told by the service rep "this has been happening a lot, you better pay off the account as soon as possible". Fortunately I have funds to cover and paid off the account but seems very unprofessional and frankly is dirty business.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings

We always recommend double checking those folders when you are expecting a bill. Horrible customer service for broken furniture. We spent $9000 on a leather couch that broke within a year (not due to customer use). ********************** was made aware of issue November ************************************************************************************************* February 2024 with paying for the service fee to have my couch repaired. Now May 2024, I continue to wait, with no contact from RC Willey, on the part and repair of my couch. When I call customer service regarding this issue, the tell me that they are waiting on the information from the manufacturer and I will continue to have to wait for an u foreseen amount of time to know when my couch will be able to be repaired. Each representative has been rude, uneducated, and shows no regard for the inconvenience caused by this issue. I will never buy anything from RC Willey again.R.C. Willey Home Furnishings
