      So I bought a new dishwasher and I bought the extended warranty, including parts. Not even a year after purchasing the dishwasher I had to file a claim And of course they dont cover that part along with many other parts when I was talking to the salesman of course hes telling me something completely different. Dont trust what the floor staff tell you. They cant be trusted.

      Hi Laef! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced. Our extended warranties mirror the manufacturer warranties and, unfortunately, the manufacturers do not cover dishwasher racks. The manufacturers consider those cosmetic. I would recommend calling our extended warranty department at ************ if you would like more information on what is and is not covered by your extended warranty.

      Getting an extended warranty doesnt mean anything to rc. Try getting things fixed is a joke. Been without our tv since superbowl day. Dont talk to ***** about the warranty. He will blow smoke up just to get you off the phone. Calling about it is just delaying what we need done. Its been two weeks 2-26-2023. Havent heard anything pertaining to get the problem fixed. So think twice about getting things taken care of. As I have read from other reviews. They want the money and not the customers appreciation for their business. Be careful

      We purchased a dishwasher and a package called install. However, we didnt realize that the install meant additional hardware for installing the dishwasher. It was not clear so when the dishwasher arrived, they dumped it in the front of our house and we had to get it in place and install it ourselves, they did not take away the old dishwasher, it is still sitting in ********** with us, trying to figure out what to do with it. Weve had the new dishwasher, a Bosch, for three months now, and it stopped working. It gave us an error code. We called RC Willey , and they said we had to call *****. Long story short, that was over a month ago and the dishwasher still is not repaired. RC Willey does not care about us just our money.

      Thank you for the review and feedback on this. We apologize you have had a negative and inconvenient experience with us. With products like Dishwashers they require a separate type of installation that costs an additional fee that has a certified team come out and install the Appliance for you. In regard to the error code, unfortunately that will have to be fixed by the Manufacturer while it is still within their Warranty and we are not equipped to do Appliance repairs at this time.

      Just awful.I ordered a dishwasher and the installation service. After a week, all they would tell me is "A third party has the unit" and that I should call them. Calling the 3rd party "Certified Installers", or something, just lead me thorough hassle after ******. When they finally showed up to deliver and install the unit, two weeks later, they sniveled that there "was mold" they would have to charge me another $150 for extra pipes.The "mold" (which was really just some dog hair) was cleaned with a paper towel, but they still haven't gotten back to me with a reasonable install date.Don't buy form here. Buy from someone who cares enough about their product to install themselves.

We apologize for the inconvenience and for the negative experience you have had with us, we understand how frustrating it can be to be rescheduled a week or longer later than intended due to small or seemingly irrelevant issues that are cited. What we advise doing is to work with your Sales-rep ***** on this as he can possibly help get a different installer or help get you scheduled with the installer sooner.

      I have purchased several items Large items from this store however this was horrible and the time before I had called on a dent on my fridge and know one ever called back I called 3 times. This time I ordered a Dishwasher with curbside delivery, never heard from anyone I called day of delivery and was told that I would have to pick it up at the store, I have a printed email saying delivery date, so I said okay, can my husband pick it up YES they said he took the invoice and order with him, we live about 1 hour away once getting there he is told he cannot pick it up however they can cancel my order and put in for a refund and he can purchase it and he can pick it up today. Then when he asked for a copy of the cancellation they said they would have to look into that and send an email after he purchased one. The manager even told him not to order on line we should have came to the store, He was frustrated, I was frustrated I called the store, and they said that is not how they do stuff, he can pick it up but they should have called me to verify......I requested a cancellation and now have to wait for my money to get back into my acct. JUST remember sometimes price matches are not always great way to buy when you have to deal with Companies that do not believe in **************** WE will never buy or recommend the company again, that is sad, I am a Realtor and husband is a builder we refer a lot of people to companies that we believe in. NOT RC WILLEY ************************* and communication, The manager was awful

      Hi ******!  I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced.  Our records do show that your order was set up for pick up.  They also show that your card has been refunded and so you should see that reflecting soon, although it can take a refund between 5-7 business days to reflect, it just depends on your bank.  If you need further assistance, please call our online help desk at ************, option 1.

      Everyone at the store in ******, ** was super nice. Unfortunately, delivery has been frustrating. Everything was supposed to be delivered in one day and we were told the tv couldnt be delivered due to someone being sick. Okay I can be understanding of that. The people who came day 1 were great. The people who came today, it was like pulling teeth to get any kind of help. My roommate kept checking the delivery time because since it all couldnt be delivered in one day, one of us would have to leave work to be there. We were told wed get a 20 minute notice of when theyd be there. They gave us 10 minutes notice and complained we werent there before the 10 minutes were even up. Told my roommate they couldnt help move our couch (that was delivered 3 days ago) to put the tv in a different spot. So if they werent going to help move the couch, we didnt have a definite space for tv set up. Then they started pulling the well we can set it up if you want but in the same breath its really easy to do yourself. Said that if they mounted the tv its was $250 but I still couldnt do it today anyways cause I dont have any of my stuff. What is going on here??? Im confused on how they move stuff in and out of trucks all day but cant move the couch that was delivered 3 days ago wasnt to keen to help us set anything up whats the point in having delivery if you cant get any help with the items? I give up.

      Horrible ***************** will not purchase or finance with them again. In speaking with a Supervisor they were unclear of how to read my statement. Placed on hold multiple times. They also did not follow their own policy in bringing it to their attention. Also refused refunding one time late fee that is stated in their policy.

      My husband and I a purchased new electric chair. The delivery was great. I loved the delivery new tracking system. The 2 men crew was great and nice young men. The crew arrived on time and the whole process went smooth. I have purchased a number of items from R.C. Willey and have always been pleased with the store furniture and service. Thank you R..C.       No stars but the on line lady ****** was the only professional truthful person I have dealt with at RC Willey she gets that star..That said there vary low level/skilled unprofessional service delivery drivers are crocks and liers tried to tell us we had no gas shut off value behind my dryer They could not do the set up mind you I paid $150 for them to do this because there was no shut off value I had a separate company come 8ut to install a shut off value and there was a shut off value .so they they send out they same 2 stogies and then they say that they can not get the stackable dryer separated from the washer can't do the job So I pay for someone else to come out and again the separate company said there was no issues and loosened all the bolts .. So now there saying the gas lines are not up to code and there not installing until up to code the first company gave me a certificate for the lines and the shut off value .. .sent them email with the certificate and they are saying s**** me and it's been a month and they still have not came picked up this dryer and return my money ..are even sent any one out to do the set up ..stay away from them
