      The company is absolutely horrible and I encourage people not to buy from here at all. My husband and I bought a couch and from the time they delivered the couch it has been broken. I been calling every month and was told the item is being ordered and the couch would be picked up. After 5 months of waiting, the couch was scheduled to be picked up on a Wednesday from 1:30-3:30 I took off work and waited, i called around 3:25 pm and was told oh sorry there was a mix up and no one was coming. If I had not called, i don't think they would have called. I had to again speak with a manager and then it was rescheduled for pick up for Friday. However the couch again has been broke since their first time it was delivered but they stated they could only fix it and we could not return jt since it was more than 5 days. Again it has taken 5 months for it to be picked up with plans for them to fix it. This is unacceptable and it has been a horrible customer service experience. The delivery company knew they broke it but we are suffering the consequences with no help from RC Willey. I highly suggest not buying from them.

      **********! I apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced with your sectional. The manufacturer's warranty on your sectional is for repairs and the notes our technicians take are all submitted to them. The manufacturer determined that repairs could be made and so our ********** service department proceeded to order the necessary parts to complete that repair. Since the manufacturer is located overseas, it does take time for us to receive the parts. I apologize for the delay in getting this repaired for you, but once our ********** team has that picked up, they can begin working on the repairs for you.       Bought a new GE French door ***************** stopped working the next day; after my husband got home he found everything melted in the **************** was warm so we threw it all out. He called *************** & had a new replacement in 2 days. It seems the first one was missing a relay plug. They also gave me a refund as the new door was scratched. Thats why we buy from them, they still have customer service & support

      Bought a lot of items nearly 20k from Rcwilly to furnish our whole house. We bought a sectional couch that has turned blueish. With the rest being grey. Just recently they gave a refund for the blueish couch as they cannot get these parts in. We cannot find this love seat anywhere. Weve put this ticket claim in 2 years ago. Ive called in multiple times throughout these 2 years to get it fixed. Always told were waiting on the parts. I also have dinning room chairs on that same ticket again rc ***** recently said they no longer sells or does parts for them. I paid for the warranty and doesnt back up their warranty! *** asked for a manager to contact me. Nothing. Poor customer service. I will not be stuck with a multi-colored whole sectional that costed us ***** dollars, nor broken dinning room chairs. Im about to contact a lawyer.

      We purchased a Frigidaire Gallery refrigerator on December 20th 2022. When it was delivered, the nightmare started. The left door was dented, so the delivery personnel ordered a new one that was installed on January 2023. While it was installed, the technician discovered another dent on the right door and so he ordered a new door as well. When the refrigerator was delivered, the doors were not straight in the first place and when the doors were replaced, the technician was unable to have the unit straightened. We went to RC Willey in person to explain the problems and show them some pictures. They would not do anything. Their tech came back and he blamed the floor for not being level. At that point, our doors did not even close anymore, We reached out to *************** and they would not budge again. We contacted ********** who sent their tech and he fixed the issue but was unable to have the doors squared up and straight. After this, we noticed that the ice maker was making very little ice. We called Frigidaire one more time. The tech discovered that the line bringing water to the ice maker was disconnected and had been running water on our hardwood floor for quite a while. We had to replace the hardwood floor and Frigidaire partially covered the cost. The floor is perfectly level and the refrigerator is still crooked. When moving it to repair the hardwood floor, we noticed that the front wheel support was noticeably bent which is probably the source of many of our problems. So far, from December 2022 through October of 2023, we had nothing but problems with this appliances and it is still not fixed.RC Willey did not do a thing to help with the issues. If they had been more responsive and had swapped the unit (that obviously had been dropped) in the first place, we would not have this *********** effect ordeal.

I would recommend calling our ***** store at ************ and speaking with your salesperson to see if there is anything that they might be able to do for you. If they are not able to arrange anything, I would recommend calling Frigidaire at ************ to see if they can repair that wheel as well.

      On October 11, 2023, RC Willey delivered and installed my new washing machine. When the technician could not get the cold water valve turned off at the handle, he chose to use a pair of pliers and brute force. In the process he broke the gate valve which caused a slow leak that ran down behind my drywall causing thousands of dollars worth of damages. RC Willey is claiming my old plumbing, which was fully functional at the time of the installation, is responsible for the leak. The age of my plumbing is not an excuse for their technicians negligence. RC Willey claims their technicians are highly trained. The technician did not follow RC Willeys company policy. He should have stepped away when he encountered a problem with the plumbing and postponed the installation until we had an opportunity to address the issue. I contacted RC Willey immediately upon discovering the leak and proceeded as directed by the claims department. I sent them a video showing our plumber rocking the handle back and forth on top of the gate valve. This laxity was not damage from age, it was damage from the use of too much force. RC Willey never sent anyone out to inspect the valve or the damage. This speaks volumes about their lack of interest concerning customer satisfaction and providing quality service. There have been 157 complaints with the Better Business Bureau against RC Willey in the last three years, 56 complaints in the last year, not to mention the negative reviews in addition to that. This is a clear indication of RC Willeys lack of concern for quality and customer service. They have denied my claim. I will never patronize RC Willey again. My only recourse now is sharing my experience with everyone I can and encouraging them to take their business elsewhere.

      There response time for repairs on essential appliances is a joke! Buy from someone who stands behind there product and the extended warranty they sell you. Don't even show up to look at the problem. Tell you 5-7 days for parts and they didn't show up to diagnose. Buy somewhere else people.
