******* was extremely helpful when we needed to file a claim for our furnace. We came home from the hospital after delivering a newborn to a dead furnace. We remembered our seller purchased a home warranty when we closed. We called Acclaimed Home to begin the process. The first contractor that was supposed to come inspect the furnace was not able to to come out to the house for a few days. ******* found a contractor who could come out that day. The rest of the process was very simple. New furnace will be installed in a few days. Well likely renew our warranty since this has been such a simple process for us.Acclaimed Home Warranty, LLC

We switched from a large home warranty company to Acclaimed Home Warranty, a smaller regional provider, two years ago. We live in a large home and have opened numerous claims with Acclaimed. We have been uniformly pleased with the services provided. Specifically, the process to open claims is quick and easy; vendors we have been assigned have been of high quality and requesting a vendor with whom we have had prior experience has always been honored; cost per claim is the lowest of every other home warranty company we considered; preventative services (e.g. heating and air conditioning annual maintenance) are covered at the cost of a claim. Overall, we are very pleased working with Acclaimed and highly recommend them.Acclaimed Home Warranty, LLC

So yall have a saint ***** working for you. My experience with ******* on the phone. Well let me just tell you a story Ive come home and my husband is on the phone with ******* and hes kind of got an attitude and I listening to the conversation. ******* was a saint and so kind and sweet to him even though he couldve been a little nicer, not gonna lie, she was doing the best she could so I ended up getting on the phone and apologized for my husbands behavior. She was so kind and accepting of the apology. He was just frustrated. Trying to figure out this water heater issue we had, but couldnt so we called her to see if we can get it checked out. she did she got us help and we were able to have our hot water back and everything just went so smooth talking to *******. She saved the day. Im like everybody else nobody wants to call customer service, but ******* truly did make me feel like I was family and that she was going to help me out which made it 10 times easier I highly recommend the claimed home warranty from this situation alone.
