Technician from service company came out the same day and apparently fixed the A/C problem which is great The reason for only 3 Stars is Acclaimed has serious issues with the claim portal. It worked well in ****************************************** 2023 and now into 2024 it wont allow me to login each time I have tried. I have contacted Acclaimed several times and they acknowledge they are having trouble with it but dont offer any solutionsAcclaimed Home Warranty, LLC

"Beware: Home Warranty Nightmare!"I cannot express enough how utterly disappointed and frustrated I am with this company. It's been an absolute nightmare dealing with them. First off, their customer service is beyond abysmal. Every time I call, I'm met with long wait times and unhelpful representatives who seem like they couldn't care less about my concerns.But wait, it gets worse they burned up the motherboard on my dishwasher has been out here to fix it multiple times just for them to turn around Wrong. Despite having supposedly comprehensive coverage, getting them to send someone out to fix it was like pulling teeth. And when they finally did send a technician, surprise surprise, they claimed it wasn't covered under my plan. What's the point of having a home warranty if they won't cover *****************?Oh, and let's not forget about their fine print. It seems like every time I turn around, there's some obscure clause buried in the contract that they use to weasel out of covering what they promised. It's like they're actively looking for ways to avoid fulfilling their end of the bargain.Save yourself the headache and avoid them at all costs. They're not worth the paper their contract is printed on. You're better off just setting your money on fire than wasting it on their so-called "coverage."
