If you have a POD business, AVOID this platform. They allow scammers to steal intellectual property. They say they "license a software platform that third parties can use" and imply that they have no control over misuse. I say, let's get a class-action suit going.Gear Launch, Inc.

Gearlaunch, Inc needs to put an end to the scammers who are stealing fire department logos, police department logos, and nonprofit organization logos. Why is Gearlaunch, Inc allowing scammers to get away with this activity? If Gearlaunch, Inc knows that scammers are doing this, why have they not done anything to stop them? Enough is enough. I am tired of seeing anchor shirts and fire department shirts in ******** groups.Gearlaunch, Inc., please address this issue. Scammers are stealing copyrighted and trademarked logos and selling them on your platform. I am confident that your terms of service prohibit shop owners from using copyrighted material. As an organizer of the ******************************* International Wood Sculpture Festival I was shocked to see our logo used on t-shirts, hoodies and other merchanise for sale on this website! After reading other comments I see that it is common practice on this site to sell merchandise with not-for-profit stolen logos. If a 3rd party is selling and profiting from our logo I would like to know who they are! I cannot find this information on the site. If Gearlaunch cannot verify the validity of a company and allow fraudulent sales on their website. They should be shutdown!Gear Launch, Inc.

The Chief *********************** logo is both copyrighted and trademarked, and any unauthorized use of this logo constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights! This company is selling Lizzy Musi so called Limited Edition hoodies, sweatshirts, t-shirts. For a company to profit off of the passing of ***** is pretty snakey. With as many trustworthy companies complaining about your third party platform, I would assume you would have a better way to do business besides letting scam platforms steal logos from non-profit businesses and selling them without permission. Your empty excuses are a futile attempt at sweeping these legitimate businesses away, hoping they don't discover a scammer is making money by selling stolen logo products for a profit that the actual non-profit companies do not receive, however YOU receive a fee, so who wins here???
