      I placed order for two rings late September, they told me they could complete the first in time for November 12th Anniversary which they did. However the design was completely off. I returned it knowing it wouldn't be completed in time. 2nd ring was expected by Christmas it arrived early December damaged. I took pictures, it was obvious they tried to cover up the flaw. I returned it as well. I was hoping they would have at least one of the rings back to me by Christmas I would have been completely satisfied had they done that That hasn't happened. It's been 14 weeks both important dates have come and gone, at this point I've lost interest and have zero confidence in their ability. If possible I would like a refund. They have displayed poor communication and I doubt they've even started on remaking either ring.Thank You!***********************

      I ordered two custom rings with a purple glow. The rings I received glow blue. When I contacted them after waiting 10 weeks for delivery, they said that it was correct that the blue was brighter. So I guess purple is a light blue and blue is a bright blue. I feel like there is false advertising or failure to accept responsibility for incorrect order fulfillment.

      I haven't received any product, I was told it would be shipped out a few weeks ago, I had a ring ordered from Patrick address designs and have yet to received a tracking number or any pictures that I was told would be included. I have waited 8 weeks now and that's how long I was told it would take, I placed the order on July 6th of this year. I'm being told 1 to 2 more weeks I just want my money refunded.
