• purchased a custom ring on 9/5/2023
• Shipping information at the time of purchase claimed 1-2 weeks for the style of ring ordered
• designed a ring that cost a total of $415.94
• When messaged after 2 full weeks had passed and stated it would ship by the end of the week (week of sept 20 2023)
• no notification after that point.
• Messaged again the following week and was told the same story of it shipping that week (sept 27th 2023)
• messaged them again at end of said week, no response until yesterday (9/2/23) stating that the ring was preparing for shipping.
• No update or tracking information given since then
• in summary a ring that was supposed to ship 2 weeks ago is now 2 weeks overdue. They are fully aware of the time constraints needed and keep claiming that the ring will arrive before the required day (10/7/23) but I am skeptical at best.Initial Complaint

Purchased a size 8 ring from Patrick Adair Designs, when it was received it was a size 7. After contacting the company, I was told I was responsible and would have to pay them the full amount a second time. No option for a refund, or and replacement.

My husband, ****** ******, ordered out in GS on 11/28/2022. They promised it would take 8 weeks to receive; it took 13 weeks (first ring came in on 03/16/2023 and was wrong). When they arrived, my ring was not what I had ordered so I notified them and sent it back. ******’s ring fell apart after two weeks. We notified them of that issue as well and sent it back.
Numerous emails went back and forth for months with promises of them being sent on multiple dates.
I still don’t have my ring back. We have filed a dispute with the bank but wanted to let you all know as well as the service has been terrible in addition to the quality along with still not product received. We would like the money back so we can go to a different vendor for my ring, please.
If you need more emails sent to you, I am happy to oblige, but we did our best to get resolution on this.

Patrick Adair Designs committed to providing me with a custom-made wedding ring for my husband using irreplaceable stones my husband and I collected from various locations around the country.
We sent the stones to Patrick Adair to have them welded into the ring.
Nature of Dispute: Business provided me with a faulty piece of jewelry that broke after 5 days. My husband and I got married on May 5th, 2023. He wore the ring for five days. On May 10th we noticed the stones had fallen out and there was a crack in the ring.
Whether business has tried to resolve problem: Business refuses to refund the ring. I offered to send the ring back so they could use whatever valuable material is still in the ring for their own purposes. All I want is my money back since they did not provide me with a ring.

My wife and I planned a civil wedding at minimal cost of $8K CAD (officiant, limo, rings, dinner, dress, suit & hotel) so had no problem spending $2090 USD on our rings. We purchased customized wending bands Oct 2021. Received & sent back 3 times since they were not as we customized. As per mgmt., refund is not an option - NO EXCEPTIONS. Last update was in July 2022. It's now April 2023 and we still don't have our wedding bands. We bought placement rings to exchange during our vows and have been wearing those since. My wife and I are upset at how PA is dealing with the situation and how insistent they are that a refund is not an option as per management, as per policy. For context, my wife and I work in distribution & ecomm, so respect and understand the company's return policies. However, our situation should qualify for an exception.
We want a refund and to no longer have to deal with this company.
OCT '21: After looking in store and online, found PA. Watched ALL their videos, made it a date night. We customized every bit possible to signify our 15+ years relationship and ordered despite knowing it would arrive after our wedding.
DEC '21: Rec'd our rings. NOT customized AT ALL. Reached out, spent hours on the phone during my work day to ensure no further issues. Followed their instructions to send the rings back.
FEB '22: Received our rings a 2nd time. Customizations still incorrect PLUS quality issues this time. Reached out again, ring was sent back again.
MAY '22: Due to supply issues, rings would be delayed
JUN '22: Rec'd the rings a 3rd time, still not correct. Sent back again.
JUL '22: Requested a refund as this was taking up too much time in my work day due to our time difference. As per management, not an option - NO EXCEPTIONS. We offered to pay for the gold inside layer that's engraved and to refund the rest, no luck.

I ordered two pairs of earrings on 1/10/2023, order number *****, for $419.26. I received an order confirmation and a notification that USPS would deliver the order. There was no notification that the items were back-ordered, delayed, or had to be manufactured when I ordered them or on their website.
I contacted them on 1/26/2023 and told them I would like a refund. They told me there was an 8–10-week production time on the order and that mine would be closer to 10 weeks and ship the second week of March. I was okay with the order shipping the second week of March.
On March 27th, I contacted them and again asked for a refund because I had not received my order. They told me the earrings were done but were waiting for their "free gift" items and could not cancel the order, and they would ship within the next couple of days.
I replied to their message to cancel the order, or I would file a dispute with my credit card company. I received another response that it could not be canceled because it was almost complete.

I placed an order on January 31st, I was informed that it would take 1-2 weeks to ship the ring which was perfect because I was getting married February 23rd. Today is March 5th and I have yet to receive my ring, I have reached out several times and am always told that it will ship soon and it never does. On September 5th, 2022 I placed an order for Patrick Adair Designs Star Dust ring with a free gift of a gold burl carbon fiber ring. This was their Labor Day sale where if you spent over $150, you were eligible for the free gift. I spent $258.75 and received my star dust ring, but still have not received the gift. Since then they have continued to host "free gift items", but I still have not received mine from September. I contacted them in November and was told they are waiting on supplies, I contacted them again at the end of December and was told they were waiting on supplies and it should be done in 3 weeks, and I reached back out to them at the end of February and was told again that they have every intention to fulfill my order, but once again do not have the supplies. I should not have to wait over 6 months to receive an item when I was told 8 weeks in the beginning. They don't even reach out to their customers to explain what is going on. I have contacted them 3 times and get the same answer every time. As a consumer I am upset that the only communication I get about my order, I have to initiate, and that their excuse is always the same. This company sold me two rings guaranteeing a Christmas delivery. I did not receive the rings until today 2/6/23 and they were the wrong size and not what I ordered. I’ve reached out to them several times in regards to the fulfillment of my order. They gave nothing but excuses and then sent me the wrong sizes for t my order which are no useless. Ordered a ring on 11/29/22 and received a receipt with a delivery time of 4-8 weeks. After not hearing from the company I reached out on January 14th to cancel the order as there was no ETA and this was intended as a holiday gift.
Since that time, I've received conflicting information from the representative (emails attached) and the most recent was that I couldn't cancel the order.
Seeking assistance in completing a refund from the company as I'm perceiving this could be fraudulent. I have opened a dispute with my credit card company as well.
