      Said 8 weeks, took almost 11. Only shipped 1 of my 2 rings, no phone number to speak to anyone and takes them 1-2 days to return emails. Still have not gotten return/refund information.

      If I could give -10 stars I would! Do NOT BUY the mystery rings if you hope to get something good. I purchased 2 mystery rings that came with 1 free ring and received 2 identical mystery rings and the free ring looked almost identical to those. Two rings The rings were in the same box side by side so there was no missing they looked the same. I know it's a ****** but the employee packing up the jewelry wouldn't you think you would look and say these look almost the same and we should give them a variety? When I received those I immediately messaged how unhappy I was about this. ******* didn't try at all to help. She said they pull from a box and send it. Yeah well someone had to put them in the same ring box one on top of the other. I'm sure they don't have a blind person packaging. Clearly, the mystery is a way to sell an overstock of rings that people aren't buying or returning because they look and feel cheap. I sent ******* pictures of what we received so she could see why I was upset. **************** is c*** these days. When they only have chats. They don't care about making customers happy. I didn't know if I didn't return the 2 right away that I wouldn't be able to return them. My order wasn't complete and I thought I could at least get my completed order then decide. It took them 3 weeks to send the last one. It arrived today and they sent me the same ring they sent before. I immediately contacted them and told them I wanted to return the whole order. She told me I could only return the one from today because I had 7 days from the delivery of the first delivery to return those. Well, it should delivery of my complete order. She didn't care at all just like on the first chat. I asked to have a manager or owner call me and she told me they didn't have active phone lines. I told her it's funny you can schedule a call for a design consultation but not for customer support. Yup, that's all they will call for. They don't care about their customers.

      My rings didnt arrive in time for my wedding. I was told when I ordered them that at the time of purchase they were averaging 6 weeks for full construction. That time table was pushed back two weeks an we werent going to be informed at all of the time change, I had a weird feeling so I emailed and asked myself only to find out. As many others have stated, this company has abysmal customer service and they dont seem to care about the customer once they have your money. My experience with mine and my wifes rings quality its too bad but the nightmare that is their customer service completely overwrites the aesthetic of any of the rings they make. Also, you cant actually leave any negative reviews on their website because they only post the ones they get that are 4 or 5 stars but dont allow any others. My wife an I will keep these for the time being but once were in a better place financially we will be replacing these and maybe having them as keepsakes but beyond that, if I had know how bad this experience was I soundly have used them in the first place. Would only recommend as a last resort or if you really wanted something decent LOOKING but only if you have plenty of time (a year or more) because they dont admit mistakes and they dont correct them with any haste or urgency

       purchased a meteorite ring for my fiance and it came rusted. So I send it back after a few weeks to get it cleaned and it came back rustier. I’m so upset and have to return the ring. The ring also appears shiny and and nice medium grey in advertising but when I received it it was darker and rusty.

      I tried to use them to get new rings for my wife and I and had nothing but problems.I let customer service know I was having a problem and they said to get the price I had to check out but when I did the price was doubled. I contacted them and was told point blank the sale ended this morning and basically kiss off.Buyer Beware!

      These people clearly don't care about their product, customers, service, or craftsmanship. I ordered a custom wedding ring over 6 months ago. When I received my ring, it looked like it was made by a 6 year old. Multiple cracks in the material, gaps, uneven grinds, and the specs of the ring were off by over 1MM. I even sent in the materials for them to use. Which they have now wasted. I returned the ring they sent me, and they promised to correct it and make me another one. I figured sure, give them a chance to make it right. I have not seen any effort whatsoever to correct their mistakes and their customer service just keeps giving me the same answer of "it'll ship out next week". I have been being told that for 2 months now. I will be filing a chargeback claim with my credit card company and will never use these jokers again. Thank you for wasting 6 months of my time as well as my money. Horrible customer service, Horrible craftsmanship, and just an overall horrible horrible experience. The worst part? I got married without my ring. Thanks for nothing Patrick Adair Designs. Your company is horrible to deal with and I will be letting every single person I know about my experience.

      This company sugar coats everything I entrusted this company with my moms ashes to make me a ring in October its now almost Christmas I was told thanksgiving my ring was expected to ship later in the week its been three weeks now customer service ***** you cant speak to anyone and it takes days for them to answer you with no information every time its I will check not a answer tell me where my mom is and dont play games Im totally dissatisfied and this company doesnt care but they have had my money for 3 months now with out any contact from them I would strongly suggest looking some place else ***** has better customer service

      My fianc and I ordered custom wedding bands with a date inscribed inside the bands. My fiancs ring came out fine. My ring ($2850) came with a chip in the stone and deep scratches in the band. Since they offer a limited lifetime warranty for repairs, we notified the company by email and sent the ring back to be fixed. They fixed the chip in the stone, but removed part of the inscription inside the band. And they hadnt removed the scratches. We emailed them and sent the ring back a second time. They fixed the inscription, but still didnt polish out the scratches. We emailed them again and sent back the ring a third time. They sent the ring back without removing the scratches. They hadnt done anything to the ring. My fianc requested to speak with a manager, but customer service claimed the manager is not available through email. They apologized and offered to fix the scratches in the ring so we sent it back a fourth time. When they returned the ring the scratches were FINALLY gonebut they completely removed the date inscribed inside the band AND it came back with a crack in the stone. This company has killed any joy I had towards my wedding ring. I am so frustrated and irritated by this entire ordeal and wish we never approached them. I dont even want the ring anymore. They clearly dont give a **** about ring quality or customer complaints.

      My experience is just like many other's here. I ordered my husband's wedding band a few years ago, assured I would have it in plenty of time for our wedding. After many emails, phone calls and extended shipping times, I finally just asked for my money back but was told "no" because they already started making my ring. I was given yet another anticipated shipping date. A good bit after that date came and went, I emailed customer service and was told that the extensive delay was due do not having any material to begin making my ring. Clearly I was being lied to. Soon after I asked for my money back, I got my ring.Within four years, the Obsidian Superconductor ring broke completely through. I contacted **************** and was told they would not honor their lifetime warranty - I just had to deal with it. They would not refund my money nor replace my ring, claiming they no longer had access to that "pattern". You could order this ring from their website though. Watching a video of this ring being made, the reference to a pattern is not even applicable. After entirely too much effort on my part, they agreed to let me select another ring from their website (just not the same one, which my husband wanted and which was available). I paid the difference in price in February 2023. FOUR MONTHS later, still no ring. Like the first time, I got frustrated enough to ask for my money back. I was told they were making my ring so they would not refund my money. Like four years ago, my ring came soon after I asked for my money back. They gave me 5-6 different anticipated shipping time frames for my new ring. At some point, taking someone's money and refusing to give them what they paid for and refusing to refund their money just becomes theft.I spoke with a gentleman at **** Consumer Protection and told him what Patrick Adair is doing. He encouraged me to file a complaint.
