      Researching the process on how to start a class action suit against this company. They are the worst ever. No interest whatsoever to help resolve issues.

      My loan for a rental Condo in ******* transferred to Select Portfolio Servicing (***) in September 2023. Property Taxes (which were escrowed and transferred to ***) were supposed to be paid in November. *** has NOT yet paid the property taxes despite my having 21 recorded phone calls with **************** Representatives, Supervisors, Managers and Ombudspersons. Plus I have received 7 computer generated acknowledgements of them receiving my emails. All of which indicate that they will get back to me promptly. It is now March 2024, and I have not received the promised resolution in over four months for something as simple as them forwarding the money that I paid them to the property tax authorities. Meanwhile, the property tax folks in ******* basically have me listed as being delinquent in paying the property taxes. Obviously, the *** folks are grossly understaffed or are trained to dissemble.

      Can I give them Zero stars? This is the worst mortgage company I have worked with. They bought our mortgage and now have increased our escrow payments close to $500 without our insurance or taxes increasing! When confronted with this SPS tried to talk in circles and confuse us and have us give up this conversation. Absolutely mind-boggling. We have requested a complete document of our payments vs their charges and I am awaiting this information while holding my breath.

      SPS is horrible. I have submitted all the paperwork they asked for, have been told all my paperwork is perfect. I get a letter every Friday that I have submitted insufficient documents. It is a vicious cycle that has no end in sight. I dont know where to go for help with this problem. This organization seems to employ idiots for their customer care.***** ** ****

      Their phone system has failed to accept payment but will issue a confirmation number suggesting it did, then account goes into default and credit is affected. They charge $15 service fee for online and phone payments. The receiving department does not communicate with payments, so nearly every bill indicates payment is a month behind when mailed to avoid fee. Customer service is not helpful. These people should not be in business, but customers apparently have no legal rights to demand that the mortgage be transferred to another company.

      It is worst company I ever dealt and had business. It's literally impossible or you have to call for every small reason you may have. And even then not guarantee you'll have your problem solved.

      Everyone of these reviews are the same just different wording. This is ridiculous that a company is allowed to stay in business and steady scam the ppl. These ppl r not lying. I know because our Mortgage was sold to SPS,inc. as well. We have a review every six months and our interest rate goes up every time. I don't get it. U always get offers from every other mortgage companies claiming they can help u,and then once u lay everything out it's "oh we're so sorry we aren't able to help u at this time." Still stuck. It's like they're scared of SPS or either they're getting paid by them. WTH???? I don't get it. To bad u aren't able to leave negative stars because that's what they would get from everyone if it was possible.

      Horrible customer service. i cannot get straight answers from them about my loan AND they are saying the due on sale clause might be triggered if i transfer the property into a living trust, in my name! this is unheard of. Its near impossible to even get anyone on the phone who even knows what a living trust is.

      This company is a rip off! Years ago my deceased husband and I had a second mortgage that was purchased by SPS. I never missed a payment and was never late. They debited my account faithfully for 15 years. As soon as the pandemic hit, a huge balloon payment for ****** hit. Not to mention that I lost my Husband due to the pandemic. Finally, I sold the home this year and paid off the debt; however, they tacked on ******* in more interest on an interest loan!!! What would have been an over payment, theyve taken. Shame on you SPS!!!! How many more families are out there and have been treated this way by your filthy rich company.
