  Been a ***** customer for over a decade never had an issue but was very dissatisfied with my last service. It was recommended that I get services that I belived to be necessary at that time to maintain the function of my car. Wasn't until I started researching and talking to a few family mechanics that I became aware that some of the service's that was being recommended to me was unnecessary at my present time, tried to hault service's on my vehicle, but was given the run around for about an hour over the phone until the job was already completed. My service's were never explained to me why I needed them, after how many miles or how often I should consider these "recommended" services, but nor did I think to ask questions at the presenting time. Expressed my dissatisfied and disappointment with service manager and was provided a small credit toward my large bill and was informed that according to the ***** manual every 2 yrs or per 30,000mi my service were needed, yes I'm at the 2 yr **** but no where near 30,000mi ****. Had this been explained to me as an individual who like many unfortunately know nothing about mechanics, I could have potentially got the service completed at a time that was more financially beneficial for me.

  *********************** helped my husband and I throughout all the journey for leasing a car. He showed the car, we took a drivers test and, with the help of *****************************, they shared different options/ scenarios for getting the car we were looking for. They understood our needs and, the car delivery was as expected. Thanks ******* and *******!

  Had a problem with a tire and Eduardo hooked me up quickly and resolved the situation. I cannot Say how much I like this place as they have always done well by me. Respectful, courteous and great communications !
