      O dropped my car on Thursday, they said they would not even look at it for 3-5 days. This was a scheduled visit. Why do they need to hold my car for 3-5 days? I need my car. This is a bad system that is a huge inconvieniance to the customer and does not advantage **********************. Bad idea. I am so disappointed

      I bought a vehicle my credit and my son's credit was run over six times for no reason. We were told to use their electronic contract to sign with the sales person telling us where to sign. I asked if the contract was standard they said yes but he was adding items that I was not aware of nor did I request. Nor did he offer the price which turned out to be $3,085.00 which was added to the original price. I asked for a copy of the electronic contract we just signed and the salesperson said he would email me a copy which he never did. I called and left a message and he never returned my call. So I texted the salesman and he had an assistance send me a copy of the contract seven (7) days later. That is when I read it and saw the extra charges for items I did not need. One was for $1,790.00 for Kornerstone I assume road service. I have insurance with USAA for over 57 years, therefore, I did not need this service. The other item was for $1,295.00 which I saw later when I read the contract because there was no mention of it before that. They said it was for an item that was on the vehicle at the time of purchase. Well if you already gave the price for the vehicle why are you adding in additional charges to the contract for an item that came with the vehicle? To resolve this I went into the dealership on Oct. 10, ************************************************************************** but would not redo the contract to reflect that and I was told the other was already on the vehicle so my question is why am I being charged for it if, buying as is, and it was not mentioned in the finance office at the time of telling my son and I where to sign on the electronic contract we could not read but was told it was a standard contract and then not given a copy the same day. I want the dealership to rewrite the contract without these two charges and any other fees that do not apply. This was done to increase my total due for the vehicle and to create a higher monthly note.

      I purchased my car from LB Honda and had multiple issues with the car the following week. After a week in the service department I was told everything was fixed and I could come get my car. I made the drive to get the car and to my disappointment, not only was the rattle still there, but my car had noticeable damage to the front bumper that was not there previously. Once again, I had to leave my car and hope that it would be fixed when I came back the following weekend.I received my car back and unfortunately it still had all of the same issues. Upon taking it to a local dealer, they noted how the brakes were far below minimum standard and needed to be replaced immediately. Even more scary is the fact that ********** gave me the car back in this condition.I would also like to mention how it is nearly impossible to get someone from the service department on the phone or to call me back. Anytime I would call, the phone would ring endlessly and eventually take me right back to the main menu. The service advisors all seemed to be on different pages, not knowing what my car was in for, the actual status of it, and if it was fixed.Considering I was told this is a CPO vehicle, I am disappointed that LB Honda would think this is safe to drive and would even sell the vehicle to me to start with. Fast forward to last week and LB Honda refused to take any responsibility and fix the problems, instead they offered to buy the car back. Although I appreciated and took them up on the offer to buy back the car, the experience when I came in to do so was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE interaction I have EVER dealt with.*****, the sales manager, was beyond rude and even went so far as to call me cheap for not buying a brand new car. Never have I had a car salesman call me cheap because of my decision to buy one car over the other. I am not sure how this place is still in business especially with such disrespectful, dishonest, and downright shady employees like *****.

      Bought a 2008 **** from Ken garff ****. Two days after bringing it home: The INTAKE MANIFOLD RUNNER CONTROL was broken, Ignition coils/spark plugs rusted and misfiring. A/C compressor went out.Starter is going out and the Carfax says speedometer fraud. Company says as is and wont do anything. Worst place ever.

      What I need Listening well.Since I got a new Rav4 September last year, I didn't receive another key.He(Mr.*****************)called back me about another key today. He said to me to contact to him tomorrow. So I was very excited and pleasure.

      ****** and his team really where attentive and took care of me through it the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed. He is by far the best. I've been going to honda for dew years. Thank you again ******!

      I don't usually come to leave a review here, but I feel like this is needed. We bought a Pacifica earlier this year, February. There's just so much that I hope to cover everything. Our buying experience seemed great, ***** was super friendly and helpful. I wasn't fully ready to make up my mind but was told by the main manager that they would have to run my credit again and with a hard pull I didn't want this to affect my credit score. This made me rush into everything and honestly wish I had more time to decide. Fast forward, we went for a test ride which turned out great, I ran my OBD reader and found something was wrong with the engine, so I asked about it to the main manager (I forget his name) he said it wasn't an issue since they already had checked out the vehicle and it's in perfect condition with no accidents. Really no wiggle room on the price. He did promise that if we drove it around for 30 days and something was wrong to bring it back. The next day, problems. We had an error code on the dashboard and the tire kept running out of air and the biggest disappointment was the damages on the van! Looks like the owner scraped a wall or something and there were scratches that was covered up with a Ken Garff sticker. I just wished we seen this before but since it was dark at night, we didn't see it well. We eventually took it in, and it had SO MANY LEAKS - MAJOR leaks and lots of other work to be done. They initially weren't going to cover it until the insurance created a huge issue and I'm glad it worked out and they covered the bill. I did bring up other problems with the car that wasn't addressed, and I believe it's because they don't want to pocket anything else. I would like to say during this time we received poor customer service, no one called me for updates, I had to call on my own and I had no vehicle for almost 2 weeks. When I finally got my vehicle, I noticed new damages to the van like someone hit something. There is other problems but needs fixing

      Always excellent service, they even sent photos during the repair. However, they should not offer free pick-up and return if they pick-up and then tell you we cant return on the same day.

      Excellent sevice from *****, our service advisor. He explained the condition of our car very well, and gave us options along with the costs. The printout report was very detailed, which we appreciate.
