      Went in for a simple oil change. No waiting or trying to figure out where to go since someone immediately came to my car, started processing the work, then escorted me inside to complete the paper work. Effortless on my part. Waited on site for only an hour and 15 minutes for the job to be done with regular updates sent to my phone throughout. Then they bring your car to you and you're out. Very efficient and friendly staff.

      Always great service at *****************. I dropped my car off at my 7am appointment for routine maintenance and got a call at 8am that it was ready. The best ****** dealer in LA County.

      Had an appointment but still waited over 2 hours for my car to be ready. Why do your employees always say, “your car is in the wash and it’ll be right out”, when it never goes through a wash? I’ve been there for multiple separate oil changes and have been told the car will be ready after a wash and it does not get washed. If there is no time for a wash then don’t tell a customer that it did get washed.
