      The place is overbooked. The wait time for a simple oil change is horrible.I cant believe I wasted 4 hrs every time for these services.

      They were awesome! I called ***** told him I was on my way. He had the car of my choice waiting for me. I was in and out within a couple of hours. Everyone was amazing! Starts at the top!

      The Service Advisor was not welcoming or warm in her greeting. Acted like I was an imposition for her. I shared my concerns, and that I made an appointment online she could care less.. I waited in the lobby for over 2 1/2 hours just for them to check to see what the issue was with my front brakes. I had to remind her that I was still sitting there as she told me it would only take an hour and a half. When she finally did come back to me, she gave me a bill of over $1758. She then shared that her mechanic added on that I would need the entire brake fluid and drums, and that the dealership didnt even have some of these parts.I think the pricing was totally unaffordable and inflated more than four times the cost for my front brakes. I now know why most consumers do not use dealerships if they try to ******* as much money as they can, instead of being the trustworthy source to go to. I went to an amazing local mechanic in my neighborhood who charge me $345 for the entire front brake job. Definitely would not use West Coast Toyota or recommend them for their customer service.Dealerships should have to pay the customer when its more than what they quoted you for the price. Instead, she eagerly requested my credit card to charge me to 59.99.Dont shop here,,******** alert!!!

      Oh my goodness, they were great. Much better than any of the other locations. 5 stars. ******* was a huge help.

      The customer service was excellent. I made an appointment the same day to get an oil change. *****, my service specialist, was awesome and answered all my questions! I was given a complimentary ride back home and my car was ready within 2 hours. I highly recommend Honda Culver ************ and I will be back.
