      The work was done very well. It started
      On time and my service adviser kept me informed throughout the day.
      I needed a new battery for Lexus ES 300h.
      A snag happened because the battery was
      Not available at Oxnard. They promptly obtained one from Santa Barbara and installed it. That took a little longer but it was not anybody’s fault. Overall I was satisfied.
