I dropped off my 4Runner to get an oil change, tire rotation and to check whats wrong with it because theres lights on. The issues happened after I brought it in last visit and they installed a skid plate and bumper. 6 hours later they havent even checked my car so Im picking up with no work done on it at all.

Very poor customer service from beginning to end* I went in for oil change and tire rotation, very routine stuff* They offer a ride only one way so I decided to go to Santa ****** on Metro for a couple of hours* When I returned, **** hours into this, there was no word about my car* I waited another **** hours without word* I should point out that there are no free refreshments, no coffee, donuts, etc* and the prices on the snacks available are too high* Anyway, I went over to ask a manager what was happening with my car at about the 3*5 hour mark * He said it would be done in 15 minutes* Ha! At **** I was quite frustrated and asked another service manager because my service manager was absent* He helped me, said the car was finished, and gave me my paperwork to collect my car * I think Culver City Toyota books too many customers without consideration for how much time their particular job will take* Every single time I have been there has been way too long for an oil change* If theyre going to jam their business with waiting customers they should at least be courteous and provide coffee*

I went in on 04/15/2023 to see if I could trade in my SUV. The sales person sold me a SUV that I am extremely happy with. It was a great experience dealing with them yesterday. Restored my faith in humanity.

Ken Garff Kia Avondale did a tire rotation that created a break issue. After 4 appointments, and several cheap, "quick fixes" to fix the break issue, the issue remained. The service manager lied on several accounts and said they still couldn't service my vehicle to fix the issue they created. The "service" is not just poor, it's non-existent.

Im appalled. I can not believe their self proclaimed motto is we hear you. They dont hear anything. They dont listen. They dont communicate. They put you in an endless loop of voice messages and press this number and that number and different people putting you on hold. They take messages but do not call back most of the time and when they do, they talk in circles and dont actually give you any accurate answers. They have been working with my body shop for weeks at this point to CALIBRATE THE ****** The first time it was brought in, the tech damaged a newly replaced piece of my vehicle and my body shop had to fix it again. Then when my guys returned it completed they still couldnt manage to figure out how to calibrate the sonar. They went round and round for over a week before finally deciding the ***** NEW PART THEY PROVIDED was faulty and that they would need to order a new one. They first expected my collision shop to pay for to pay for the new part even though the part was just received from them and under warranty. The part did not come in on time and when it did (and when I finally got a hold of someone) I was told it was being worked on same day and should be done by the end of the day. I still do not have my car back nor is anyone at the dealership willing to provide me an update. I have requested calls from both the service manager and dealership manager, to no avail. My car is my sole source of income. This has been a nightmare. I will never do business with this dealership, nor allow another shop to do business with them on my behalf. Please save yourself the wasted time and heartache. Now the guys at *********? Much better! Go see ****! ??

My wife and I bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee L back in November 2022. I am a Disabled Veteran who has been waiting for a refund regarding my registration that I do require to get done due to the Disabled Veteran Plates move from vehicle to vehicle. I have called constantly trying to reach literally anyone but majority of the time I'm only able to get in contact with sales. now its late March after talking to multiple individuals throughout the dealership I still haven't been able to get my refund. This place is a joke customer service is HORRIBLE. I would NEVER buy anything from this dealership. **** **** ******** ***** **** ***** ***** ******** *** **** ***** sales representative hung up on me when I mentioned not to transfer me since I have been trying to get in contact with finance or a manager for months. CJ lied and guaranteed to transferred me to a manager who is able to speak but yet again no answer. I guess you have to go into the building since they are horrible people and the manager are ALWAYS in meetings apparently and can never talk.

I am highly disappointed in the integrity of the employees that work here. I was not in the market to buyout my current lease but an employee approached me while I was waiting for my car to be serviced. He provided me with some info about the options that I had. He repeatedly kept telling me that he cares about the customers and he doesn’t work for Toyota, he works for the people. His job is to get the best deals for the people. I gave him info about my current situation and right away he says let’s go talk to a sales person to see what kind of deal we can get you. If he was truly working for me, why did he come back and offer me an 8.6% interest rate when I have an 865 credit score? The people who work here take advantage of uninformed and unprepared buyers. Not once was it ever disclosed what my credit score was or what was being financed in my loan. As far as I knew, I was being quoted for financing $30k, the cost to buy out my truck. Nope. They added $11k in warranties to my $30k making the financed amount $41k without asking if I wanted any of that. After it was all said and done I am paying $52k over 6 years. For what?! A 3 year old vehicle I already paid $20k on. With that amount of a loan I could have bought a brand new vehicle with a better interest rate, lower monthly payment and $0 down. I understand that I am also at fault for signing the paperwork without asking questions properly and for not even knowing what to ask. Again, I was not prepared to buy a vehicle and hadn’t researched anything on my own, including my credit score. I was there for an oil change. I was naive and trusted these people that they actually gave a damn about me. NOPE. At the end of the day, the bottom line is how much profit can they make off of you. Hard lesson learned. I will never return nor will I ever recommend anyone go here to purchase a car.
