My AC stopped working and at the beginning they said it was because the air freshener dropped into the Unit Control circuit and damaged the whole circuit. They charged me $1.400.00 to fix it. Because i financed the car they got me a discount to replace the the Unit Control paying $800.00. They said that it would take a day to replace it. I left my car, and they were saying that would take another day to fix and it took a week, but the problem was not fixed, they said that it was something else damaged and they would request a part from Toyota and it would take more than a week to get the part. I requested a rental car so I could continue working until the part arrives and they neglected it. I took back my car so I could use it and they would call me back once the part arrives. They called me I drop off the car on Thursday and they said it would be read in one day (Friday). They called me Friday saying that it was not an easy fix, and it would take a few more days to get it done and Monday morning would be ready. I called Monday morning (02-20-23) and they said the part had not arrived yet and it will take a few more days. I can't work without a car, so I'm losing money and they are not able to give me a rental car. I do need a rental car or something else to pay my debts caused by their fault.

Bought my Honda Clarity there and it has a battery that is supposed to charge to 50 miles. ***** a year, it wouldn't charge over 35 miles, I told them and took it in to have it looked at. They gave it back and said if you use the heat the battery charge fluctuates. I told them I'm not driving it when I am charging and it won't go above 35 miles. It has nothing to do with the heat. The guy said I don't know, you'll have to make another appointment, we are closing now. I let him know that I can't keep coming back here, I have a job, he didn't care. I told him I bought the car there, he didn't care. He just kept saying you'll have to book another appointment and bring it in again.

I dropped my car off after it broke down with just **** miles on it. Once I received it back, I noticed the front carbon fiber piece was damaged. I drove in the next day to alert them. It was Saturday and the service manager wasn't there so ***** took some pictures and said the manager would call me on Monday. No one called. I followed up via their text system, didn't hear back. I called, left a cm, never heard back. I then received the survey asking how my service went. I told them everything again in that survey. still, to this day, no one have followed up. I have texted, called, completed the survey and appeared in person and they still have not addressed the issue.

Service Department Manager, Kohl *****, "Mansplained" how to install a windshield to me. Then they had my car for 18 days, had the parts for 7 days, and still my car is not repaired. Did not get a loaner car for all of those 18 days. Manager is extremely disrespectful to women. Take too many smoke breaks. Dodge calls. Won't return calls.

I used their service department thinking since I have a Dodge Charger I should use a dodge dealership for a transmission repair to guarantee the work was done right. When I dropped I told him it was already diagnosed with the transmission issue and he said well we will see what it’s doing and call you. He called days past the expected date (not surprising these days it’s hard to find staff). Told me it was the power steering and it need the fluid flushed. I said are you sure? You checked the transmission? He said the mechanic didn’t see a issue with the transmission. I said ok and he said the brakes had 40% left and needed an alignment. I said well I will wait to do that for when I do the brakes (common sense). I requested a transmission flush based on the mileage of 122k. My quote was to be the transmission flush and the power steering since the transmission was according to them fine. My car was done 2 weeks later which was longer than anticipated. I asked why I was being charged for the alignment at pick up as the bill was higher than my quote. They took the alignment off but then when I left the car was still making the exact same noise. I called and told them she asked if I wanted to bring it back and I said yes but I can’t make it back before you close with traffic plus I was supposed to head out of town that next morning and she said I could bring it back on Monday but call first and talk to a manager. I called a manager Monday but he was out and left a message to call back. After a week of messages and no responses from a manager I had a bad vibe and call dodge corp. they “investigated” for a few days I was advised not to respond if they reached out til they called me back. A week later I find out they are still investigating. The mechanic I did go to (now the 3rd) confirmed it’s the transmission. All I wanted was for them to honor their work and fix it. But they did call me to buy my car later! No manager call though still at 6 weeks later though.

I'm writing to let you know of the experience I've had with one of your service centers/dealerships that has your name, regardless if it's for an "actual jeep" store attached to it. On October 31st, I decided to bring my used 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the shop at NorthWest Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, RAM in Houston, TX because the radiator was overheating. I don't know a thing about cars, but I know that if I would have continued to drive it something bad could have happened. I spoke with a representative by the name of Lauren ******. She immediately went into action and helped check me in, carefully checking off certain things I asked to be looked at with the car for preventative maintenance issues.
Two - Three Weeks passed and I came up with the money to pick up the car and provided several call logs from my cell phone company. I handed it over to Mel and paid for the car, only to discover that the initial job I asked for with the water pump wasn't done despite leaving the part inside the car. In addition, excessive vibration was also happening when Laura test-drove the car with me.
My main issue was the radiator that was overheating and replacing the water pump reservoir that I purchased from the same service center that needed installation.
It's been a little over two weeks since I picked up the car on 11/29/2022 and I have yet to get any type of call/text/email about the call log investigation. I'm led to believe that no one even completed the job I asked for. I do not trust your service center and think it's a money-grab center that tries to prey on people who do not know. I'm a person that likes to plan ahead for everything and the fact that I had to come out of pocket for so much made me feel like I was just a transaction to you people. I understand Laura was just doing her job and I don't have any issues with her per se, however, this whole experience was terrible. It's not fair and I want this to be taken seriously.

I purchased a 2015 ***** Impala 03/17/2022 for $25,000 at Ken Garff ****** of ****. Several months after purchase I started experiencing mechanical issues with the vehicle. I took the vehicle to a mechanic who stated, This vehicle is known to have transmission issues (Leaking Fluid). Additionally, I was sold a warranty package to ****************** investment. The warranty *************************** Warranty) purchase at the time of sale denied my claim. My vehicle was serviced at El Camino Motorsports, LLC. It was in service from 11/02/2022-11/21/2022. Total cost to fix transmission $5,081.46. To say the least I am very disappointed. My expectations as a buyer were not to purchase a used vehicle that needed a new transmission in matter of months for that price range. My intentions were to buy a reliable vehicle that would last more than 7 months. Hence why I invested in a vehicle over twenty thousand dollars. Specifically due to my heartache with the vehicle I had prior to this purchase, I trusted ****** to sale me a dependable vehicle. In addition, the dealership advertised that the extended warranty would safeguard my purchase in event of any mechanical issues. The warranty is useless and non-helpful. I would hate to say it is fraud, however the fact I was not even consider some type of compensation is preposterous. I am seeking some type of compensation for the amount I spent to fix the transmission. Although this does not recompense for my time, lost and distress, I am willing to look past it for some type of assistance. Furthermore, I would like to cancel my extended warranty service and have the amount spent of the coverage deducted from my total finance amount, as this warranty is unserviceable. Please contact me at a suitable time to work out a reasonable solution.

We understand how important it is to have a reliable vehicle. We thoroughly checked out the vehicle. We determined that the alternator was charging the battery. We found that the brake lights were on without stepping on the brake pedal indicating a bad brake switch. When this happens, it will trigger a fail-safe like slowing down the vehicle. We replaced the stop lamp switch, then test-drove the vehicle, including driving with the lights on. The vehicle was driving as designed. If the vehicle had slowed down while driving with the lights on after replacing the stop lamp switch, we would have done further diagnostics. The charge for this repair was $208.43. We also performed coolant flush, transmission fluid service, and brake fluid service per the customer's request. This brought the total to over $1000. It is unfortunate that the vehicle caused so much stress but when we delivered the vehicle to the customer, there was no indication that further work was needed.

They sold a used car (few years old at the time) to me in which the check engine light came on the day after purchasing. They informed me it needed a full engine replacement which would be $4-6,000. They would not let me return the car even though they had obviously reset the check engine light before purchase knowing it would be an issue after our chase. They were the rudest, most awful people Ive ever dealt with in my life. Looking at the reviews recently I see this is a very common practice for them. They need to be held accountable for the fraud they are committing.

In August, I went to the dealership to check out a 2017 Kia ***** Even though I wrote a personal check for the car, the dealership ran a credit report on me. What's up with that? In between the time I test drove the car and the time the car was detailed, someone must have smoked an entire pack of cigarettes in the car. Please watch the "Smelly Car" episode of Seinfeld. You will understand what I deal with daily. Also, when I drove the car off the lot, the salesman said he would call within 24 hours to find out how things were going. He has never called.A couple months later, I found a surveyor's nail in the sidewall of one of the tires. I took it to Discount Tires. All the tires had to be replaced. I discovered that there was no tool to unlock the hubcap. Nor was there a spare tire. I should have checked the spare, so I guess that's on me.In September, the dealership wanted to enable an anti-theft device. I was told that it would take 30 minutes plus a car wash.. An hour later, the car was ready. No carwash If you sit in the service lobby, you can hear the coordinator talk. Doesn't require much effort. They seem to have a lot of employee turnover. On the drive home, I discovered that a latch that opens up the hood fell out of its place. I tried putting it back but it doesn't seem to want to stay. Now I have received another email from the dealership asking me to bring the car in for its normal service. Even another one of their phantom car washes. I'm fairly certain that if I bring the car in for service, something else will fall apart. Certainly wouldn't expect the car to be washed. And I wouldn't want to hear about all the people who have left the dealership. The only person who deserves any credit (or perhaps, sympathy) was the kid who sold me the car. His first name was ******. He was the one person at the dealership who seemed to be doing their job.I don't want to give them one star. If I could give them negative five stars, I would do so.Thank you!
