Would give 0 stars if possible. When considering purchasing a vehicle from here, understand that there is a mandatory $3000 service charge they add on top of any online advertised price (maybe its bait and switch, maybe its false advertising). I'm not an attorney to know. Be prepared to put down a deposit on a vehicle and have the car sold out from under you while you are waiting for it to be made ready for you. I was unhappy about the purchase from the jump but I made the attempt. They sold the vehicle for more money to somebody else because, "it's a business so of course we will sell it for more to somebody else". Direct quote from sales manager *****. I will never do any business with any big star dealership in the future and I hope this review helps others dodge this bullet. Shady business practices on the front end and middle, I can only imagine the "service" you'll get on the back end after they take your money.

I took my vehicle in for issues with getting up to speed, gear shifting, and alerts. These issues would cause an ESC warning to come up on my screen along with the check engine light and all of my traction control lights. I took my vehicle into this dealership a total of 4 different times and the last two times, I kept getting my car back in worse condition then it was when I dropped it off. The last two visits, they stated that the issues were a result of contaminated gas in my fuel tank and that the car needed to be driven to drain the fuel in order to fix itself. When I got the car back, it was misfiring like crazy, kept dying on my due to rough idle, and the shifting gear issue was even worse. It got to the point that the dealership was making it clear they didn't want to do their job and help resolve the situation whatsoever. I took my car to another shop for a second opinion and quote. Come to find out that my gas is not contaminated, but that it has traveled from my gas tank to my oil and possibly other parts of my engine. All of this was indicating that something else was wrong with my car. They found out my fuel injectors were malfunctioning therefore pushing gas into areas of my engine where it shouldn't be. On top of that, they discovered my spark plugs were fried and needed replaced. There was absolutely nothing wrong with my gas as **** ****** Buick GMC kept trying to make me believe. They made it clear that they just didn't want to help or do their jobs. I will never go back for further service inspections, nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone else!!

I was lied to when trading in my vehicle and leasing my new car. My sales *** told me multiple times that my payments wont start until Feb as well as I could change my due date. Both were incorrect. I got a call from the financing company saying I was multiple days past due.

**** and Switch dealer! BEWARE REQUIRED $6,000 of dealer add ons not told about on website pricing I went through the online process to purchase a vehicle, value my trade, and get pre approved for financing. The value I got for my trade online was ($9,300) which is by a 3rd party site. The value of my trade i got from the dealer was $500. Which I understand the value of the 3rd party site may be off a little, but that much, no ****** I then went to get approved for financing online with the 9300 trade in value and got approved easy, selected no added warranties and all the "fees" online were normal. Document fees and whatnot. I then got sent a email stating " I saved an hour starting my buying process online" and the email showed the bank terms length and payments per month for the bank I picked because it had the terms and payments I liked. Come to find out when I called later to inquire about the process I have gone through and what I would need to bring with me to the dealership to finish the process I got hit with the "wrong trade evaluation", and then the "required dealer add ons". I told them if they had given me the dealer trade in evaluation ($500) from the beginning instead of the 3rd party value of ($9300) and put the "required add ons" price on the website I would have never tried to purchase the vehicle and run my credit. In which I was told "it was my fault my credit was pulled because I tried purchasing online"Stay away from this dealer they are not upfront with their pricing.

The ****************** at ****** of the Desert, particularly ****** ******, "saw me coming." I brought my 2001 ***** IS300 to them to replace the passenger side headlight in my car, and to diagnose why my air conditioning would not come on. What I got in return was a printout for more than $10,000 worth of repairs! I was shocked and dismayed! In the 10+ years I have owned this car, I have strived to keep it well maintained, as I do not plan to buy another car. I have had my personal mechanic review the paperwork from ****** of the Desert (he was unavailable at the time my headlight went out and I was concerned about driving in the dark with only one headlight). ****** told me it needs a $1,300 computer in the front of the car to control the headlights. My regular mechanic has the car now, as well as the information from ****** of the Desert, and he estimates they TRIPLED the cost of parts, they charge $190/hr. for their shop rate (my mechanic charges $80/hr), and they claimed I needed work done on my car that was already done less than a year ago by my regular mechanic! I would caution ANYONE taking their automobile to ****** of the Desert to think twice - unless they do not mind being taken advantage of.

Such an unpleasant experience at Ken Garff. After 2 weeks, we were notified that financing didnt work out and that the dealership fraudulently processed incorrect information on our application. The dealership gave us no help, accountability, or other option except to return the vehicle.

I do not recommend going here for **************** I had heard complaints from family members and friends and now have had a bad experience first hand. I took my car in for an oil change and recall, and unfortunately it did not go as expected. Instead of a few hours, my car was inoperable for an entire week. I have never had this issue before and have owned multiple cars. I would not recommend buying a ******* after this experience. In the beginning, the customer service was not what it should have been. I could go into many more details about this, but its over now and am just glad my car is working again. It is a 2022 ******* ****** Hybrid with only 25k miles, so I never expected it not to work for a week over a recall. I also had an issue with my parking sensor showing an error/blockage. I was told they are making casings out of soy now for the wiring instead of petroleum, so rodents are chewing them up. I was quoted around $1500.00 total to repair. The issue is why bother repairing it if its bound to happen again - just a word of warning for others on these newer cars as they told me it happens a lot. This entire ordeal was stressful on top of wasting time and money and not being compensated for anything - not even a free oil change. I asked and was told they couldnt do that or reimburse for gas. I was given a loaner vehicle that only averaged 19mpg and my car was getting 38mpg. I learned a valuable ****** not to buy a car when you dont have a closer dealership with service as I had to drive 5hrs round trip for a recall and then go back to get my car again driving 5hrs. Wasted time and money and still trying to deal directly with *******. They told me they would give me a gift card to help with the extra cost for gas and the inconvenience, but I am yet to receive it. I wont ever buy a ******* again. I am writing this review so others will think twice before getting their car serviced here or buying a *******. Wish I would have known!

My name is ********** *******. I received a pre approval from *********** for a car purchase from this dealer. They called me and I went out to look and test drive the car. I explained everything to them before going there from A-Z. The salesman **** ***** states oh that's not a problem. I get there and was told that I would have to do a trade or put money down. I didn't have money to put down and I owed too much on my car to trade. So they ask for a co-signer and when that didn't work you could see the change in the treatment I received. On Saturday morning 11/23/2024 **** ***** left a message on my phone saying they wanted to continue the deal. I call him all day Saturday and got no response. I sent a text message 11/25/2024 letting him know I had been trying to reach him. He then sends me the message below. The comment that was made was very unprofessional. I then called back and ask to speak to a manager and still no return call. If they can't make money or if it cause a little more work to do than usual its put on the back burner. Now I see that I'm not the only one whose had issues with this dealership. I gave one star because Yelp made me not because you deserve it.I called back on Tuesday morning November 26, 2024. I spoke with **** who I was told was the **. I explained the issue to ****. He stated that he would speak with **** ***** and his manager and get back to me. I have since left voicemail messages and text messages and no call back from **** either. I attached all messages above for your review. Im a small business owner myself and I would never treat a customer like this.

I am the owner of a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee that recently underwent a complete engine replacement at Texan dodge The engine replacement was completed on October 17th 2024. However, on October 20th, my wife and I noticed that the check engine light illuminated when we started the vehicle. We promptly contacted your dealership and spoke to ***** in the service department. We were directed to bring the vehicle back to the dealership to investigate the check engine light issue. When we dropped off our vehicle, we spoke to ***** *******. She asked us to leave the vehicle and assured us that the service technicians would investigate the cause of the check engine light. She wasnt sure how long the issue would take, so she offered us a loaner vehicle and stated that there would be no charge for the loaner.Despite our anticipation to have our vehicle returned to us in optimal condition, we were shocked to learn that the release of our vehicle was contingent upon us paying a rental fee for the loaner vehicle. Additionally , we have already invested over $6500 for the initial engine replacement with the assurance from ***** that all components related to the engine would be addressed during the engine replacement. However, it now appears that additional charges are being assessed for work that should have been done during the engine replacement.Since Monday October 28 2024, I have been unable to reach ***** ******* to seek resolution of these matters. Unfortunately, my numerous messages have gone unanswered. Given my urgent need for transportation due to upcoming commitments including a funeral and medical appointments for my pregnant wife, we are anxious to have our vehicle repaired and returned promptly. Finally after speaking to the service manager Mr. ******* upon pick up of our vehicle we will have a clean vehicle along with a full tank of gas neither one was done. And now we our finding that Our vehicle body lines on the front end are not aligne.

I purchased a used car from Ken Garff ***** on July 22, 2024. I paid full price on that date and asked for the title. Garff said "your title documents will be processed ASAP and you'll receive your title in a few days". It's been over 3 1/2 mos and I still don't have a title. I've called and emailed them countless times, but they refuse to give me my title. I'm now forced to file a complaint with ********* and may have to sue them just to get my title. I believe they're illegally holding my title to use as collateral for their line of credit. They're assuming since I live out-of-state there's nothing I can do about it. Do NOT patronize this dishonest dealer who doesn't give a **** about their customers.
