      Bought a used car from dealer. Not even a week past when I received a warning light that the self starter needs service. I believe the dealership neglected this and only bypassed it. Since now they don't return calls.

      Absolutely flawless top-notch service. ****** was absolutely informative. He connected on a personal level and answered every single question that I had while also showing very clear comparisons and differences with other cars to help me make the best decision for myself. Finance with ***** was a breeze, and *** never been happier with the car buying experience. He was able to make a seemingly complicated process so clear and easy to customize what I wanted. Definitely excited when its time to trade in for a new one. I will only shop here from now on.

      This place is a joke service advisor *************************** was trying to offer me a services that I did not want, and then he got upset when I declined them, I told I him all I wanted was to use a coupon for and oil change that was emailed to me. He then told that this would take 3 hours to my oil change. I then asked why when I had a appointment and he answered very rudely.

      Wonderful experience. My need for a loaner vehicle was met, as well as accomodating my schedule. Raymond Martin is top notch. He listens to me and my needs, provides excellent advice about keeping my Lexus in its best condition and never adds on service items that are not needed. I am grateful for such a responsive service representative! Thank you

      My sales person, M****** ******* , was terrific, he found the exact car that we wanted. Took us through the whole process of buying our car and answered all our questions. It could not be a better experience for with everyone we dealt with to complete our purchase.
