      Daryl was diligent to ensure the work was completed within the promised timeframe. Nicole in scheduling also excellent customer service.
      I wish I could say the same for the rest of the staff in the service department.

      Custer Service Edwin is an excellent, courteous, attentive Representative for Honda Service Department.
      I didn't give a 5 star because the wait was to long over 3 hours but I considered it because it was a busy day after Hillary rain.

      the estimate;of 799 $ (on top of a prepaid inspection!) ballooned to over 1300$ of which over 900$ was labor... i find this very suspicious .. in my over 12 years of owning hondas i have never seen this. i paid but do not intend to come back for any more 'prepaid' work....

      Excellent customer service. Excellent communication with texts and phone calls. Timely work as promised. Very transparent with a video showing the condition of filters and tires.
