      The people who meet me there (**********************) are all extremely knowledgeable of their work, kind to the customers, calm and proefessional, which all translates to trust and dependability of the work to be done on my vehicle, no matter how expensive it may be. Worth the pay.

      Finance manager will not return my phone calls or respond to my e-mails. I call him on August 17th about my credit on my extended warranty that I cancel on May 30th, 2023. He said he will be calling back with the update of the credit that is going back to ***************. Im Still Waiting on the update. I had other problems that was communication through e-mail with no responds. I will be buying a new Sonata at the end of the year or next year. It wont be from Ken Garff in ********, **.*****.B

      I have been a ****** customer for 6 years. For my basic maintenance I go through ****** directly. I purchase the ************** package that includes 3 oil changes, tire rotation, and car wash. *********** does not offer the car washing service, plenty of other dealerships do. Recently I had been under the impression that were also not rotating my tires because in a years time I had to purchase 2 front tires. I knew that if they had been rotated as the service rep had assured me during my time of service. It would have not been necessary for me to purchase two new tires so quickly. Today I took video of my front tires and back before dropping of my vehicle for service. They are two different brands, front being Tyo and back ********* When I came in to pick up my car after it's service I immediately focused my attention to the tires and what did I see? No change in the rotation. I asked the service rep why my tires weren't rotated and he brushed me off, quickly assuming me they were. I then asked for the manager, because there was no need to waste my time further discussing the matter with ****. I voiced my concern with the manager and shared my video. I also expressed that I would be going to cooperate. He offered a free oil service my next visit, I told him 2 and that's where we landed. I still have every intention of addressing corporate with my experience. It's unfortunate that that while I was paying for an Advantage Package, I was the one financial getting taken advantage.

      **************** rep initially cited they'd be done in an hour. Took about 2 hours. Their sla is 90 minutes. No empathy or apology on the timing from their rep.

      First rate experience. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. The facilities were very good indeed. In addition to the service and service staff, one of the sales staff spent a lot of time and effort sorting out problems with the Lexus app on our phones. My wife and I were extremely happy with the whole experience.
