      Ive been coming to Culver City Toyota since 2016 and never have I experience a service technician so rude. Everything was fine until I told her I did not want to do the $650 recommended maintenance manual service. One I declined the service she turned her back and wouldnt acknowledge me. Once my car was ready she took about another hour to give me my paperwork because she was no where to be found. Looks and sound very unprofessional for technician to be chewing on food while addressing customers, even if, I quote pay for the cheapest service.

      Amazing service. Fast, precise and felt taken care of. Best part was, car service to and from my house so I could drop my truck off and not have to stay. Thanks Long Beach Toyota!

      The service was very quick and easy. I arrived at the Honda Service location and I was quickly greeted and asked what I was there for. Surely after I was met with a different employee who further helped me understand the service and fees that I would be receiving. Once dropping my car off I was called within three hours and picked up my receipt and my car was brought out. Everything was very easy, keep up the great work!

      The staff is very helpful, and the manager ******* is very nice. I definitely recommend to my friends and family members come here if they want to purchase used or new cars.

      Great experience. Sales persons were helpful and didn’t feel too pushy. Going to a dealership can be intimidating for some but had a great experience from the moment we stepped in. M*** *** was great!
