  One of the best dealerships to buy cars and excellent customer service .We were looking for NX models and A***** was super helpful in finding us the right one and updated us throughout the process since we were from Seattle.Would definitely recommend Lexus of Oxnard.

  Honda of the Desert always provides the best customer service. I won’t take my Honda anywhere else to get serviced. Appointments are always readily available, the waiting are is comfortable and well shipped with water and snacks. I’ve always received too notch service.

  The majority of associates at Honda of The Desert are always friendly and their service is outstanding.
  I am leaving a one star review for an associate’s performance named JO whom on 08/14/23 assisted me with getting an oil change and fixing a recall. The associate checking the tire alignment also recommended alignment on the rear tires so I asked for that to be fixed as well.
  After 4 hours I asked on the status of the vehicle and JO stated he was not aware of the alignment been requested and did not fixed the recalls because no one answered the phone when he called.
  He was calling my wife at work and he did not called me or even bothered to go look for the owner of the vehicle at the lobby where I had been waiting for 4 hours. I asked him why didn’t he go look for me at the lobby to which he said “ I’ve been busy” and tried to use the excuse that he was calling but yet he didn’t call me to my phone.
  I specifically instructed I wanted the recalls fixed upon checking in and I wanted the alignment when I was recommended about it. There shouldn’t have been any reason into why the work was not completed and why in 4 hours only the oil change was done.
  Also whomever was doing the vehicle inspection left some oily dusty prints on the dashboard passenger side when removing the cabin air filter.
  I now have to return another day to get the recalls fixed and alignment which it’s taking time away from my personal duties and a 40 minute drive back to the dealer.
  Aside from associate JO not performing his duties, everything else is good and everyone else are always helpful and are still a 5 star business. Except for JO.

  Our service technician, *************************, was excellent again. We have used ***************************** for about 2 years and ***** has taken excellent care of us. Explains all options clearly and he always works with **. We are very satisfied with ***************************** and feel we can highly recommend them for service on your Lexus vehicle. The other staff members that we have interacted with are very friendly and professional as well.

  Thanks to a great service. R***** and A****** are outstanding. R***** explained everything about the cart and purchase process. He did not push anything, was friendly and us an interesting person to speak with. A****** is patient and he helped us to finance the car the way we were interested in. Thanks Oxnard Lexus for a great experience!
