I had my worst experience. The sale and finance wasted my time. Initially I had quote from mcall ******* since they didnt had the car that i want i visited bigstar. While talking with the sales they said they will match it or come closer to it. But they gave a quote 2k less. I negotiated but no luck. After selecting the car that i need they put some package price and increase it but online they dont mention it.I had my bank approved finance but during negotiations when i was walking out they called my back and told they will come to my price if i finance from them, they ran my credits twice and reduced just $500 which was very disappointing and it effected my credit so bad.Based on experience never trust looking price online or there calls saying they would provide more than other party trade in. All fake promises.Worst experience. Mcall ******* is better

On 1/18/2024 I dropped my 2016 ****** Prius for a scheduled appointment at 1:45pm. The appointment was for a ***** ************* *** change, brake pads replacement on front and back, cleaning of the Hybrid cooling fans and any other issues found by the service department. At 3pm I received a text the the rear shocks leaked and the front sway bar links are leaking.I received, which I assumed a estimate for the combined work of proximately $2500. I gave the green light for the work and received a text at 6:00pm that the car would be ready by 6:30pm.At the pickup, a different service adviser handed a invoice for over $3500. After reviewing the invoice, I realized that the charge for Parts was $655 and the charge for labor$2661.40.The explanation was that two of their best mechanics, 20 years experience each, worked on the car. Given this explanation, two mechanics worked for 3.5 hours each, from 3pm till 6:30pm, which totals 7 hours of labor. 7 hours of labor totaling $2661 comes to $380.12 per hour.I was told that the dealership calculated and pays the mechanic 16 hours of labor for the combined work. I bought two cars at the dealership, had most of my services done at the dealership, and feel completely ripped off. After talking to a service manager the following day the explanations continued to be based on the experience of the mechanics. How much would I have been charged for work done by lesser experienced mechanics????It is absolutely regrettable that the dealerships choose these tactics and matrix to rip the customers off.I always be happy to pay well for labor and trust the work be done professionally, but this experience left me to not ever wanting to deal with this specific dealership and probably other dealerships in the future.

I purchased my 2016 ******* a couple months back and 3 months later the engine was having problems. I took it to ****'s Auto Body and Paint, where they took photos of my cars condition before and after I left it with them. They stated that they didn't know what was wrong and had it taken to Ken Garff **********************. I understand due to part supplies that it was going to take a month to fix. They stated that they would get me a rental car, but that it would take 2 weeks or so. I never received a rental car for the whole month they had it. When my car arrived at the Ken Garff ******* the paint didn't have any issues and the pictures the other dealership took show no paint damage. Upon getting my car back from Ken Garff ********************, it had big chunks of paint missing. They stated that it was corporate *******'s issue, because it was a paint defect and that it wasn't their issue. ******* Corporate ****** that it is Ken Garff *******************'s issue, because they had it in their care and gave it back damaged when it hadn't been received damaged. Went back and forth and neither party wants to step up to fix my paint that was nice when they received it. I showed my car to ****'s Auto Body and Paint and they stated that it was not from a defect in the paint, but that it was from someone putting a rag or something with chemicals on it for an extended period of time, that they had seen this kind of damage before. We stated this to ******* and they said they can't help me. If I can't get this fixed by this review, I will be going to small claims court to fight this and I have pictures and testimony to prove my point and will win more than just a paint job. If a car comes in good condition, it should leave in good condition. Fixes should be made by the people that have it in their care and returned in as good or better condition EVERY TIME. That is good customer service. Don't trust this company anymore.

***** rep was more interested in arguing that what they had online wasn't valid than discussing what we could do to get a car today. Was told they "don't sell horses outside." Sorry, I'm buying a car, not any horses. Sales manager "*****" approached me like he was looking to fight me rather than help. I get it, you're a big tough guy, go to a gym instead of a dealership if you want to be a bully. Went from 100% buying a *** or ******* to buying something else because of how I was treated.

I am profoundly disappointed with ******************. We brought a hybrid ****** and the service department made claim to required repairs on the order of $3000. This after a visit one year ago, where we were advised to make even a more costly number of repairs, which we did. THIS TIME We took the car to have other AAA repair companies advise and they found nothing Nothing Needed to be done. Shame on you *******************!

I and confirm terrible customer service is still par for the course at service department. Dont expect help from *********************** nor ************************* if you try to escalate. They just ignore you ever existed or had an issue. If I had the money, I would waste it all hiring an attorney to get these two fired, that's how mad I am at how I have and am being treated.

I will rate this dealership a 1 star. If there is a 0 star I would have choose it. We went to the dealership on 12/28/2023 and look at the vehicle that was posted on the internet a 2013 Lexus 350 with ****** miles for 19 K plus. ******************** got the key and I drove it around the vicinity not on the feeder road since he said they just got the vehicle. I like how it drives. We agreed on a price of ****** dollars. It took me more than 3 hours to sign the deed of sale etc.. The manager that approve the sale told me that he will give me a full tank of gas because I waited that long and since my wife was waiting in the parking lot. I ask them to detail the car and do a 30,000K miles maintenance which included brake flush. if they told me that they will just vacuum the carpet and wash the vehicle and not fixed the **** that was on on the dashboard. They even ask me to come and pay for the vehicle knowing fully well that it wasn't ready. Had to use Uber since I'm the only one that can drive. Will you buy a vehicle with scratches, the interior smell like it wasn't cleaned and the panels are dirty with a ****** price tag. the answer is a big NO

Bought my truck there 6 months ago, they promises some work to be done on their end. Alignment, straighten the steering wheel, new roof antenna, put my new tires on and balance. I live over 2 hours away way from them, and I have made 3 appointment trips down to get this work done now. Each time either something is down, no one is there to do the work, they have rested the wrong part, or it sat in the lot and no one knew it was even there. *** made my 4 th appointment with them 2 days ago and still have not heard back about a time. I called and talked to 4 different people trying to get the simple answer of when my appointment is and if their tire machine is working this time. No answer from anyone but the operator there. They also outsource their scheduling for services to people who dont even live within the state. The most frustrating dealership I have ever visited. I honestly dont know how they keep their doors open.. Dont go here its not worth it.
