      Ive been a loyal customer to ******************** for many years. I am always treated with courtesy and respect when I go do my oil changes and other maintenance for my car, however today was the only exception. The ******/service department manager ***** at ****** decided to scream at me and demand that I leave my key in the car. When I ignored her rude and demeaning tone she continued to yell at me. She had no self control and was very aggressive toward. She got in face when I told her that her attitude and the way she demanded things from me was wrong. She cussed me out and and proceeded to tell me to leave the dealer ship although I have already payed for my service. She refused to give me her name and and when I asked her for her supervisor she stated she was the supervisor. This behavior from management is bad for business. I did not believe she was management because no manager should behave in that manner. ***** on her for trying to bring her disgusting attitude to a place of business.

      On March 2023, i purchased a 2023 ****** gr86 and paid a $10,000 markup price. my monthly payments are $800 a month with ****** platinum (extra warranty) that covers wheel and tires with no cost. I pay way more money for this car as I see that the car is around $32,000 at MSRP, and I'm paying $47,000 with all fees included and the ****** care platinum. I'm not happy with the payment amount but still paying regardless. I had an accident on 12/31/23 by running over a log on the freeway while I was going home that damaged my left front and back rims along with the tires. I have 24/7 roadside assistance witch I'm glad I have and helped me tow it to the dealership at ************* in mission hills, **. I pay extra for the wheel and tire warranty that covers these damages and my car has been at the dealership since then waiting for the warranty approval. today is 1/8/24 and still don't have my car, and they haven't fixed the car. I have missed a week of work waiting for my car and have gotten a warning by my manager about missing work due to not having my car to get there and having no money because I missed work. I am not happy and feel like my money is going down the drain and paying for a car I can't drive and for a car I'm paying $10,000 extra for. my stress is going through the roof, falling behind in bills, and going through a hardship with my rent and insurance payments. I regret making a deal for this car and feel like I got scammed being a first-time buyer at the dealership despite having good credit to take the car out on my own. I hope someone can help me with this issue as my job is on the line and can't pay for my car.

      DO NOT TRUST THESE PPL!! I bought my son here to purchase a vehicle with the sale person *** after me and my husband did business with him. Of course my son didn't have any credit so I knew I would have to COSIGN I express to *** that it was important that it went in my son name not mine and that he was the primary account holder. Despite my wishes I just found out that I am the primary account holder. Can I tell you FRAUDs!! Anything to get a sale after purchasing 4 vehicles from this guy. I beyond pissed!!

      I felt hustled through the contract signing phase of my buying process. The guy talked fast, and he didnt give me time to read or consider what he was presenting to me to sign. I asked a question about refinancing the car just as soon as I took it off the lot, and I heard him say yes. He said he didnt. He said, she said. I swear, Im going to use a broker the next time I buy a car. Im tired of getting screwed. The car was great, though.

      DO NOT BUY HERE! ITS 3.8 STARS FOR A REASON!!!!I bought a nice used car from this dealership. No with that said, my buying experience was a joke. I traded in my ******** for a Jeep. I was cleaning out the old car and left everything in my center console. I messaged *****************************. many times to see if my property was still in the vehicle and when can i pick it up. I got no response. I finally heard from this young man. As I cleaned out the console, I checked the sunglass holder for my ****Bans. They were already stolen along with my nice ******** benz pen. Once you buy a car, the sales person forgets you exist. He got his commission. It's all about a pay check. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!The Sales Manager, ********************* will sit right in front of you and lie to your face. Then shake your hand on a deal that was agreed upon. I WOULD BE ***** OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON! ALL LIES!!!.Added note: When you finally meet with **************** in finance to sign the contract, he CHANGED THE MONTHLY PAYMENT i AGREED ON WITH SALES!!!!! IF FINANCE CAN CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT, WHY HAVE A SALES DEPARTMENT!!!! His statement to me about the payment was as follows; " I have nothing to do with sales, Im finance! He also got angry when I was not interested in gap insurance. He has a BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR PEOPLE SKILLS. Im the one buying the car. He makes you feel like he's doing you a favor. What a JOKE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS!!!! *************************, CEO, Ken Garff Automotive Group needs to be aware of how they treat customers and do business.WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFETIME.*********************** ************* MarineCorps

      Dropped my **** on November 24th, 2023 for a check engine light and misfires. The car was returned to me and the advisor mentioned that a batterycable as loose. Charged $199.00. Upon picking up the vehicle and driving off of the lot, the check engine light came on and the vehicle started shaking. Turned around and returned the vehicle. Spoke to the Service Manager the following week, after I called her. I was told the ******* is taking over and looking at the vehicle. They told me a week after speaking to ******, Service Mgr that a coil and spark plug was bad and they had to order a replacement and the car would be ready 12/22. As of 12/26 we called the dealer again to find out what is going on and they said another code popped up when they test drove the vehicle and the Technician is looking into it. 12/27 - Called the Dealership again and was told once the technician looks at the vehicle, they will give me a call. I requested to have a Service Manger return my call because it has been over 1 month since I dropped the vehicle for repair. Do NOT take your car to ************* in *******.

      Review for ******************* Working with them for past few years for routine maintenance on my Honda CR-V. They personally sent a 15% off coupon for service (parts and labor) via email so made appointment for 100K maintenance, and mentioned coupon, and was quoted pre-coupon price for each service (which I wrote down). I took car in and left for the day, for later pick up (working with ****). After inspection, they recommended additional brake and belt service, with quoted price, which I agreed to over phone (figured I should bite bullet and pay now to optimize their time and mine). Total came close to ***** dollars (but remember they never give you total price...just individual to minimize the shokc of total). When I came to pick up car, they only applied coupon for first charge (40 off) and didn't even tell me until I complained. The manager (****) had already left for day, and I couldn't get my car back until I paid entire amount, but was told I needed to contact **** the next day for refund. I called **** on Friday, then left him a text. He said he would look into it. No response from either **** or **** and it is Saturday. I will work with CC company to dispute charge and also reported them to Honda ***. Their practices are anti-consumer (bait and switch), quotes are unreliable unless YOU record them, use car as ****** to pay an incorrect amount, and follow-up is very poor. Wish they didn't have ********** in their name...gives our city a bad rep.

      Bought a truck with them on November 18. Took it home and after two weeks of owning it and putting less than 600 miles on the truck, the engine completely blew up. After talking to the dealer, they refuse to do anything to help me. I have never been treated so cold and the dealer is taking no responsibilty at all. My truck is currently sitting at Ken Garff Dealership and nothing is being down to get the truck running again.

      Fraudulent Price Advertisement at ******, ** Dealership. I wasted 3-hrs inspecting, test driving and then negotiating a price with the salesman only to get down to the brass tax of negotiations to find out this dealership has a Mandatory $1,795 "Security Tracking Module" added to EVERY USED & NEW vehicle, which they will NOT REMOVE OR TAKE OFF of their expected price recovery. So don't be fooled by any headline "Sales Prices" you see advertised does NOT include the price they're offering the car for as they won't back off of their Mandatory $1,795 for a questionable "Security Tracking Module". It's an old-fashioned false advertising/bait and switch scam that I naively thought dealerships had stopped doing in today's environment of price transparency; That's not the case at ***************************** in ******, **. Buyer Beware....save yourself the wasted time and frustration I went through and go somewhere else to buy a car.

      Went in for smell of antifreeze and tire alignment. New radiator cap installed and flushed. After getting home, still strong smell of antifreeze. Called me stating they could not do alignment as front axle bent. Gave me quote of $6900 to replace entire axle. Vehicle never in wreck or taken off road. I took to another place and part was replaced for $700. You go to dealership because you want it fixed right and this service department is the worst I have ever seen. Did not fix initial issue and tried to sell me axle I did not need. I have no idea how they are still in business. I highly suggest to never take your vehicle there.
