      worst experience of my life they are nothing short of scammers the owner is an a****** their service ***** and they bleed you dry with extra charges

      I was charged 150 for a download and reset charge and 112 for a violation charge and all I did was have my alternator changed at a shop such a rip off company

      Very bad do not use. They calibrate so high that if you eat a anything it it finds you.. (yeast in bread) then we had a accident. Lost interlock system called rexted many many times to pay for system ( insurance don't pay for it) they kept saying they would call us back because the ******* price of interlock went over our credit limit they never called and then sent it to collection. Bad business. I repeat do not use.

      Deceptive pricing full of hidden fees. Extremely rude customer service. I am now worried how much fees, penalties and hidden cost I will accrue from now until device is removed. Absolutely do NOT use skyfineusa!

      Its sad I have to give an 1 star rating to leave a comment. Our Son is trying so hard to be responsible to get his life back in order but this company is making it so hard, costly and frustrating! How sad it is for us to get his frustrated phone calls on a regular basis about the costs that are devastating him, being late for work, being locked out of his truck while spending time with his Son and cant get his truck to start. Out in the fridged cold without a heater, no cell service and no way to get them home. We are so proud of him and so destroyed by this company. They have him trapped, while he is doing so good! Is there a recourse to leave this company without destroying his bank account, so he can continue to move forward in his life? Your company should be embarrassed by these comments, ratings and try to correct this problem! Shame on you!

      This company is absolutely terrible! If there was an option for 0 Stars they would get it! This company makes this unfortunate mistake even worse. The customer service is Terrible! They are Unprofessional completely rude and disrespectful. They cant answer any questions, they just direct you to the app. The response time is ridiculous . Im talking hours even days! Its impossible to get a live person. My truck broke down in the shop for more than 30 days. I had them remove the device & install in another vehicle. After the removal, new installation plus the recalibration fees from both vehicles , cost me $600! When my truck was ready, I had the device removed and that was $480! Then I got a bill a month later charging me $1700 for the device they removed. They claimed it was cracked and the mouthpiece was broken . Complete BS! The tech who removed it never said anything about damage and everything was good to go. I asked for proof and pictures from the company and they said a supervisor would contact me. Never did. Complete extortion and lies. They leave You helpless and at their mercy because they know you cant fight it. U need this in order to drive so u just pay it. I have yet to hear from this supervisor . I needed my device calibrated and it was nearly impossible To get a date. The dates I was available and selected were not even considered. They chose the date for me and way past the due date. Because of that my truck went into non compliance and they locked me out. So now I'm late to work and no one to talk to. Ive been on hold for an hour. In order to have my device calibrated I had to pay that $1700 for the "damage". This company is a joke and I would NEVER recommend this company to my worst enemy. So unprofessional! Once you sign up you lose all contact with this company and left feeling helpless.

      The business practices of this organization are predatory and unethical. Why are they still and accredited provider in ID? They should be audited and suspended from business.

      Absolutely the worst interloch company. It cost me over ****** in extra fees for their equipment to malfunction, said it was for a penalty, asked for an override because they scheduled me a appointment for after the system locked out...will not return any of the charges. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

      This place takes advantage of the situation of others. They steal money with no problem. And nobody's doing anything about it. I believe they should be sued. Or shut down. I understand that some people go through things and they have a hardship. But these people make it so much harder for. People to get through their life. It makes you wanna fall apart. They are evil in their own way. They deserve to be shut down completely and not be in business
