      Terrible customer service with hidden fees and they will go out of there way to make you suffer to rack up charges.

      **** from SkyFineUSA told me today after I was disputing charges that if I gave them a 5 star review, he would give me $75 off a charge. This company ***** money with no explanation-when I have called they have hung up on me. They need to be sued.

      (SCAM) Skyfine is an extortion group. My mother needed an interlock device to satisfy another state. Skyfine told her they would service her and she will meet the requirements for the other state (completely untrue).I went to their office and it was a shell office with no one inside, a sign with a phone number, a pc webcam hooked up to nothing, and a desk and a chair.The interlock device was installed into my vehicle, but after finding out the truth they would not give her a refund and said she would have to pay close to five hundred dollars to take the device out. We tried talking to all four of their employees and was hung up on several times, very little to poor customer service, and also was transferred to ***** airlines a couple of times!My mother called to reschedule and was charged twenty-five dollars. We did not pay anything. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and ************************* From my understanding BBB already has complaints. If you are seeing this please do not get caught in their scam.If you have been upcharged or scammed by them please get in touch with Better Business Bureau, Attorney General, and ************************* We are working diligently to shut these people down.

      I have read all the negative reviews from others about Skyfine and I absolutely agree with them! After a couple months, I have experienced the worst customer service by not being able to reach them on extension 3 and being put on hold, someone picks up and hangs up without responding back to me when I say hello first over the phone. Since they would do this to me on ext3, I tried ext1 and within a few rings someone answers! Low and behold I tell them my issue and they refer me to ext3 and quickly hang up while I am trying to explain to them why I had to speak to someone on ext1 for help. They have a rude tone over the phone and via rude email telling me that they reported my bank dispute to court and authorities, I found out tonight that they will reply to my email about my charge that I got today! I have been charged over $500 in fees this month that was not my fault and their negligence for my recent bank dispute. How are we supposed to dispute charges directly with Skyfine if they do not respond to us in a timely and reasonable manner? Even the local Skyfine staff did not know and ignored my questions. They are bullies and believe this business model is a scam and fraudulent with constant fees on customers without our authorization. Please help us BBB and others!
