      This is a terrible business with terrible customer service and terrible business practices. They have surprise hidden fees left and right. They tell you one thing on the phone and then send you unexpected charges and when you call them back to contest they say that they have notes saying you agreed to something you didnt. Their prices seem cheap, initially, in comparison to other IID companies but it wont be worth it in the long run with the long wait times just to get someone on the phone and all of the unexpected fees. My IID was improperly installed and is a safety hazard and the company is charging me a same day fee to have someone come check it out. Something that their own technicians improperly installed. Safe yourselves some headaches and dont use this company.

      ZERO Rating SkyfineUSA I called SkyfineUSA on October 3rd, 2022 and Paid all my dues including $150 change of address and the rep said I'm all good to schedule calibration as my device is flashing yellow.If there were due payments, then why did the representative approve the calibration schedule for Oct 5th? SkyfineUSA is just not cheap but a hub of scams and there is no notification or any written black-and-white contract that has been provided to me in regards to the device and I don't even know that traps me on lease. I saw the add mobile free installation anywhere and only $80 or $100 each month rental and free calibration. It was on the recorded line I spoke with the rep on Oct 3rd, 2022. There wasn't any email or phone notification for all the extra charges made and also attempted to charge a lot of funds without my authorization from my credit card debt account. $50 $150 $84 $198 $25 SkyfineUSA does not have a good reputation in the market. Email response is not an appropriate reply but it looks like a thread to me & also there was no explanation for trapping me into a lease agreement and no proper tone of speaking and resolving the issue or request of the client. Every time I called to inquire about no notification for the attempts to charge payment on my credit cards, the rep was rude, forcing and threatening that I have to pay and there is no way, and every time locked my car. End of removing the device.

      This is literally robbery. They told me that I was ok to do mine for 5 months and now they are charging me early termination fees for 7 months and a total of around $700!! They have been taking money out of my account and wont tell me why. This company needs to be throw in jail. I have been hung up on multiple times trying to find out why they are charging me additional money. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!!

      WORST COMPANY EVER!! I JUST GOT $1600 taken out of my account without my consent I didn't even know why they took it out so I called they said that they change my device and that the old one was broken so they had to charge me for it but my device was never broken and it was working fine I wasn't notified that it was going to be changed when I took it to get calibrate I drove it there turn on fine with no problems. I don't know why they even change it. I had problems with them before. they charged me money for no reason they said missed appointments missed blows lockouts but always had excuses for charges but this is too much I told them I don't want their service anymore so they said it would be $200 n something for cancellation plus $35 to send the report to the DMV to cancel my license I rather have no license then to have these people robe me for my money whenever they feel like. Please be careful with this company due to Fraud. This company has to be reported and shut down and who ever is in charge for this company has to pay for scamming people.

      I find it really hard to Believe this company has not had their business license revoked. I agreed to pay a one time fee of $497 to have this Device removed. The technician removed it and we figured the nightmare was over but they changed my account another $207. When ask what this was for they said the Device was damaged. We called the business that removed the Device and they said it was in perfect condition boxed and sent back. He also said he would be more then happy to testify to this. Skyfine said they have pictures. Im sure they do since this is what they sell. Im sure they use the same picture for a lot of people. I will be filing a lawsuit. Pretty bad when their own technician is willing to testify against them.

      I ****% agree. They are scammers and are taking money out of my account without my consent as well. I signed up for a 3 MONTH lease and then the days that i signed up for 1 year lease when i tried taking it off. I believe they changed my leasing terms because there is NO WAY I signed up for a 1 year term. They charged me over $800 for the "early termination" and now they took $300 again the other day

      I lost my credit card and I'm in the process of replacing it. They tried to charge the credit card this morning and the payment was returned.The customer service person threatened to charge me an additional $400 for the return payment and said she would lock the device if I didn't go on ****** and leave a 5 star review.She guided me through it and stayed on the phone until I was done. Even after I explained to her that I was not comfortable doing that.I have to have the equipment to drive back and forth to work so I did as she asked.I would never recommend for anyone to use this company, ever!!

      My company was a "service center" for SkyFineUSA. We only ever did two installations for them. We started receiving messages from them a month ago, asking us to send them our spare equipment they sent to us. We have been busy and haven't had a chance to send the equipment back. They reached out several times. Finally, their general counsel emailed to say unless ********** back by this Friday, we will be legally obligated to write them a check for $9,195.00. If they treat their service centers this way, I can only imagine how they treat their clients!

      DO NOT go with them. Theyre charges are RIDICULOUS!! TERRIBLE customer service. I wish I wouldve read reviews prior to getting with them. Well over $1,000 and absolutely nothing you can do about it.
