      Not impressed by the service. We reported seeing ants in the house before last service. We're still seeing ants. And, just now, I saw what could only be a brown cockroach in the living room. I've lived in this house for 15 years, and I've NEVER seen a ***** here. Of course we had Orkin for all those years, until you guys conned my wife into signing your contract. My wife who is currently laying in a hospice bed on the other side of the house due to cancer. Thank you so much for your failure. My wife called for service today. Your technician will be getting an earful when her arrives.

      Negative 20 stars. Door to door solicitors tricked my elderly mother into signing up for a 2 year commitment. She already had service somewhere else. They had her sign a docusign without her understanding the cancellation fees, and then were very rude and smug about making us pay the fee. They did not care that they were spraying a property that was already being treated. ****** the manager should be slapped and fired. It is a dirty practice to conduct business in such a deceiving way and then were not even understanding to the fact that they had confused an old lady. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

      Stay away! I was charged twice in a month and I kept calling to ask about this and had to wait on hold for over an hour. When the person answered and I wanted to cancel I was told the call had to be made from my husbands phone number. Poor customer service and I still have more bugs than ever the spray doesnt work! Stay away they take your money, poor customer service and rude!!!

      Knocked on my door after 8 p.m. and became very pushy. Ran through the details very quickly and tried getting me signed up right then and there. When I said I wanted time to think about it , he changed his tone.. not in a good way.

      I do not use this company.They are SUPER aggressive and rude. Came to my door on a hover scooter. Continued to knock aggressively on my door. Would not take no for an answer. Disparaged my current company. And asked to speak with my husband so HE could make the decision. Like WHAT!?!Finally had to shut the door on his face.A DIFFERENT dude came by 2 days later.Neighbors have experienced the same thing.

      Just had a very uncomfortable interaction with an Aptive door to door ********. He knocked on my door and I spoke to him with a locked glass storm door between us. I told him I already have pest control services that I am happy with. He asked who I used and I told him. He said 3 people who use my company had already switched to Aptive because Aptive does things differently, giving some examples to back up his claim. He asked if I was ready to switch and I said no. He wanted to know why and I repeated that I am happy with the company I use. We were getting ready to part ways when he asked if he could trouble me for some water. I told him that I would not be opening my door to him and he finally walked away. It was a very high pressure situation and a little alarming that he wanted me to open the door even when it was clear from the outset that I did not intend to. Very shady.

      Their salespeople on Segways will not leave us alone. We have a no solicitation sign on our door, which they repeatedly ignore.

      Dont trust this company. My account was set for 12 months as an exception instead of 18 months. I have all supporting correspondence with operations manager to prove it. By the end of this term I decided to close my acc. I was charged $199 a penalty for no reason, and my access to the account was blocked. This is not how reputable companies do business, not to mention that the pest control treatment was not so effective but super expensive.

      Never said a word about how long the contact lasts and that there was a cancelation fee. When I contacted the company about the cancelation up came the fee and if we wanted to push off service the amount was double what the monthly fee.

      The company had a salesman come into my yard and sell me services that when their technician showed up could not deliver. They are only interested in getting people to sign, I asked the SAME DAY of signing and Aptive not being able to deliver to cancel. They agreed. A week later they still have our account open and did not cancel the services. Anyone signing with this company would be crazy. They are absolutely the worse people to deal with I have ever encountered.
