      Placed an order on November 28 and have not received the product yet. I have asked for a return phone call and havent received a call but my credit card was charged.

      They took what should have been a 14.95 charge and charged my debit 73.96! I am beyond livid. I will never use this company again even when my bank straightens out this mess.

      I ordered product on October 20, 2023 and I still dont have my purchase which was immediately charged to my credit card. Why does it take this long to receive my order? You would think it was being mailed from overseas! ****************

      I ordered twice. No problems & shared the products with myself & 2 friends. We all liked our oils and would order again. Am surprised at so many unhappy customers. The company should address these comments directly online since it looks bad.

      I ordered several bracelets and oils last Christmas without issue. I was just about to order a few more things and saw these awful reviews. I am surprised to see the Customer Service issues on here!

      *** ordered several items many different times from this company and have had no issues at all. All the oils I have ordered have worked as they were advertised. I see so many negative comments. I wonder if others have experienced the company that has advertised being vitality extracts but arent the legit site.

      I am shocked to see these reviews. I have ordered several times and have not had any issues, yet. They do advertise a lot, but so far it has been ok for me.

      I just dodged an oily bullet! I was about to submit payment for a first time order when I noticed a box that said I would be agreeing to have automatic monthly payments deducted from my credit card. I called 2 provided phone numbers for customer service. No one answered. I sat the phone on my desk and let it ring for 10 minutes and no one ever answered, but a recorder say leave a voicemail. So I called the second number. An automated voice say press 1 to make an order. Press 2 to speak to a customer service representative. Another 10 minutes and no one ever answers at 1 or 2. But I get an email telling me to complete my order and to check out. I am afraid that I shouldn't have left my name and phone number on the voicemail because after reading these other reviews I am sure Vitality Essential Oils is not to be trusted with my information. However, I recently placed an order for the oil from Amazon and received it in 2 days without any problems. I love the oil and will continue to order through Amazon I don't trust this sketchy ordering website. There should be a 0 stars option.
