      this is by far the worst company I have ever done any kind of business with. I ordered a selection of essential oils. I never got them. the tracking number on the envelope matched what it shouldve been but the oils were not inside. Instead, there was one replacement eyedropper that had cracked in a previous shipment. That is all that was in the envelope, every time I write to them, I get a computer generated reply, which is frustrating as can be the matter has still not been resolved. I have put a hold on the money in the bank, not to pay them until they can resolve the mistake on their end I am done with this company . its almost 2 months and I cannot get to speak to a human voice. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY DONT DESERVE STARS. It looks like i have to leave stars before i can submit so i will leave one only for the submission.

      Didn't want to give even 1 star. Had an allergic reaction to product and no way to contact anyone to return. Kept sending me a link to fill out return information. Filled it out twice and finally just decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Stay away from this company. They are a scam!

      They claim pure essential oil. It is More a liquid. It has been cut and is no longer an oil. Probably with alcohol. I bought their oil and doTERRA totally different doTERRA is an actual oil. Sure, costs more but the real thing.

      I ordered 31 ml. Of Frankincense oil and the roll on Frankincense oil for a total $56.92. I never received either. I also ordered a roll on Jasmine which smells horrible. I tried getting in touch by e-mail and chat but got a message to chat again. I did so, but got no response. I tried to call the number they provided but was put on hold and then a message said I called after business hours, that they were open 8-5 Pacific Standard time. I called at 1:15. I sent another chat and got no answer

      If you call telephone number you will be placed on hold and then 2 minutes later you will be told that you have not called within the business hours and will be disconnected. The best advice is to stay away from this company and if you have ordered something then dispute the charge with you credit card company.

      Should have read the reviews before I purchased o thought this was a reliable company they sent me a tracking #for 3 days its never moved from **** ordering anything online has become a nightmare except for Amazon I am so dissatisfied with vital extracts I am reporting this charge to my cc company and disputing it

      I have been cheated by this company.They owe me a refund for an order I did not autorize and returned to them or a credit . I can not get an answer from them and paypal isn't helping . Stay away from them. I feel they are dishonest.

      Scam company Send you broken oil rollers , leaking in delivery box , when you email to return they send you to links that just send you to more links and refuse refund immediately after delivery . They email you automated links for refund that don’t work Should be Zero stars complete scam company

      SCAM ALERT! Bait and switch at check out! Buyer beware!! Charged for 2 bottles instead of one. **************** stated this is why, you'll get 2 separate charges!!Below is email from their customer service! Why I had 2 different charges for 1 bottle that turned into two!!!!!!The 2nd bottle was an add-on offer at the end of your first transaction. There are 2 buttons labeled "deny" and "accept". In this case the offer was accepted and the item was added on. This add-on offer goes through in a seperate transacion.
