      Terrible service if you dont receive an order they just dont contact you. They NEVER answer a call so you have to fill out form. Worst company I have ever dealt with. So basically they just keep your money whether you receive your order or not.

      Had to give 1 star, to submit this, definitely do not deserve. There customer service is horrible. Packaging is bad, ring sized incorrectly. No refunds, only store credit. Then when you finally receive your credit, they call it a gift card, **************. This automatically disqualifies you for free shipping over a certain amount and no extra promotional offers. I had to use what I spent, but never again will I buy from this company.

      Poor communication and customer service. I had to reach out to them to ask where my order was about a week after I placed it because they never told me it shipped. So then they told me it didnt ship because they were out of something I spent $20 on and offered to give me a $15 credit instead of a refund. They ignored my complaint and didnt try to compensate me or make me happy. I finally just told them to give me a refund. This company sucks! Dont order from them!

      I purchased in June 2023 the phone they don't answer it said to write to their app they mail the product call the post office I was told they returned the package cause the put the wrong ************* code it was return on 6/27/23 I put a dispute to my credit card today they reversad the charges cause the company Vitality Extract told my credit card it was a valid charge. Never received merchandise cause it was returned back to them . My credit card company are sending me a letter to be signed to make disputed it again. I suggest not to buy any product from Vitality Extract they are thief taking customers for a ride.

      Horrible. They put me on Auto Ship when I clearly made a one time order They sent me a return label......Then they did IT AGAIN and want me to return AGAIN.

      I received an order I dud not authoriize. They automatically put you on a monthly subscription. I finally received a return label rather late..,They received my return but are not going to pay back what they owe.Stay away from them. I will notify paypal of their actions.

      Poor customer service, no refunds or replacements provided for delivered damaged products, offer only store credit upon return of the damaged product. Absolutely, I do not recommend purchasing from this company.

      This is a waste of money the roll on nothing comes out. They won't refund you money I regret buying this. Terrible customer service this is a scam.
