      Lousy customer service They dont believe in making a customer happy. They are all about keeping your money and the rules keep changing for their favor !

      Don't buy from this company! I bought a 3 pack of oil and got only 1 which is shattered. I sent them a photo of their crappy pack job and the photo of the broken glass bottle and they will not honor a refund. Horrible company!

      Do not buy from this snake oil organization as their product DOES NOT work as they claim to do..you only have 14 days to return to get a full refund, but you MUST use it for 4:to 6 months to see result,,,,,,,,what?

      They suck!!!! Due to meds I'm on I can't use this product according to my Dr!!! Have called, email, filled that stupid form out 4 times. At least I used a credit card so I have protection unless I've already paid that card?? fingers ??. Warn everyone and check BBB. I didn't and maybe out $130+. Be Safe people.

      Tried this several times. With Dream . If it works, it does not fulfull its claims. Still does not aide my sleep at all. Hype! Will not purchase again and have blocked the web site and emails. Dont wait your money or time!

      Order #******* ***************************** THIS COMPANY HAS A GOOD OIL. BUT LOUSY CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT ADHERE TO THE CUSTOMER'S PROBLEMS, REQUEST OR ANY SITUATION TO HELP A PERSON. I REQUESTED TO CHANGE MY AUTO-SHIP, I WAS TOTALLY IGNORED. RECEIVED ITEMS THAT I HAVE AN OVER ABUNDANCE OF~ (I AM (1) PERSON ~ AND CAN NOT USE UP WHAT THEY KEEP SENDING AND CHARGING MY CREDIT CARD THAT THEY HAVE ON FILE?) YOU NEVER GET A TRUE RESPONSE FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY JUST PRESS A BUTTON TO SEND OUT A SUBMITT FORM (ANY SUBMIT FORM OF THEIR CHOSEN) THAT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR QUESTION, OR SITUATION. NO PHONE CALLS ANSWERED, A RECORDING ONLY, WITH NO RESPONSE. AGAIN, ANY EMAIL REPLY THAT YOU RECEIVE IT IS NOT RELATIVE~ In returning the order requested- don't ship these items- I WENT BY THEIR RULES AND FILLED OUT A REQUEST FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION. NO acknowledgement that shipment was received AND NO acknowledgement of how much money was to be credited to my Credit Card that they have on file.       Nothing but good things to say about this company! Products come exactly as advertised, packaged very well and definitely help what ailment I use the product for. No problem at all in six months of ordering. Highly recommend!

      I ordered the frankincense roll on. That evening I rubbed it on my problem area around both knees and behind on knee tissue. Also have two thumbs giving me issues so rubbed there as well. The next morning before I went to aerobics class I rubbed it on the knees again. During the night I noticed when I got up to use the potty, my knees werent problematic like other nights after sleeping. I also noticed during and after aerobics my knees felt better. Im going to start using this morning and night and in between when able. It appears to be VERY helpful for pain and swelling. It has helped the swelling tissue under my thumbs as well. My next use will be my face for wrinkles and dark spots. Going to try belly button for organ rejuvenation. We will see!! But so far so good

      I have no complaints. I order my product and got it within less than 2 weeks. I've used it on my knee and it has done just what they said it would do. My knee feels so much better. Will be ordering other essential oils from them.
