      I have, recently had a very frustrating time communicating with Vitality Extracts!!! Their customer service number is a joke! Anytime one attempts a call they are informed that the queue is full!! I should change anytime to EVERYTIME!!! They ALWAYS place everyone on a subscription mode even though the order that was placed was a si SINGLE ORDER! Why doesnt anyone like the BBB shut this operation down??? My next course of action will be to my bank!!Sincerely *****************************

      This company is truly amazing. Their customer service may be busy and overloaded overwhelmed but theres a way to contact by email. Its very simple. Just got to be patient and Ive never been done wrong. I order their products monthly and Im very pleased and happy. I have nothing bad to say about this company. Sorry for the people that half keep keeping on Vitality. God bless this company.

      The oil smelt rancid, Contacted *********** told me in a e-mail sorry but our oil doesn't go bad. This new bottle is bad plus I ordered ************ they sent me Stress. Even my order receipt states that is was suppose to be ************. Again wouldn't do anything to resolve my problem. I'm done, we're retired & we just can't justify the loss of our SS.No one answers the phone at C/S E-************ someone gets back with you & takes care of your issue's NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

      I ordered $110 worth of products and none of them came. I file a claim and they promised that they would resend the products they sent only one product that they promised they would as gift to me since they didnt come but none of my other products arrived. Made it appear to PayPal that they sent me the products They are a scam.

      SCAM. They added on another item to my order that I didnt want, after I had already placed my original order. Every time I try to call customer service there is the same automated message that they are experiencing a high volume of calls and to try again later. *** started the process to return the extra item but they have not provided me with a return shipping label or the address of where the return is supposed to go. When I contacted the customer service message I got an automated reply about how to start a return, which I already did. This company is a complete and total scam and should be shut down by the BBB.

      They cheated me out of product that I ordered. I ordered 2 bottles of product and they only sent one. I have tried emailing them and got a response "Thank you for Contacting Vitality Extracts! We are experiencing a high volume of inquiries during this holiday season. Please allow us extra time for your ticket to receive a reply. Our team is making sure you get assistance as quickly as possible.
      Please stick to submitting one ticket per inquiry. Submitting multiple tickets will only further delay our investigation into your issue." That was almost a month ago. I try calling them and it says that you can leave a message but then it say "the que is full". I have now requested my credit card company to go after them for half of my payment since I only received one bottle. This is no way to run a company unless you are a SCAM. Vitality Extracts does not know what good Customer Service is and I will never order from them again. I will also tell anyone on FaceBook not to waste their time and money with this company.

      Ive been waiting over 2 weeks for resolution on an issue where my package was damaged in the mail. 2 products were missing and another product was open and completely drained. I filed a ticket on their website and havent heard a peep after over 2 weeks. I love these products, but after this experience Id rather pay more somewhere else. Also if you try to contact their phone number you get a recording that says that they have a high call volume and the queue is full everysingletime Im out 3 products and have no foreseeable resolution. Horrible experience

      I placed my order and received a confirmation on Jan. 3, 2023. It's January 30 and still no order. I have have received countless automated responses from them asking them to please contact me. I have called them and the message says that their voicemail is full. I bought these products several years ago and really enjoyed them so I ordered more. Problem is I moved from ************, ** to ******, **. I gave them my new address when I placed the order. They sent a note saying that the package had been sent to my former address in ************. I filled out the form again. Got this same response at least 6 times. I need to talk to a human as I am out of around $80 but worse, I really wanted the product. Here's the response that I keep getting: Thank you for contacting us. We love hearing from you! Please fill out this short contact form. Your request will be directed to the correct department and we will get back to you as soon as possible. :) Submit Contact Form Here: ******************************************************* Sincerely, Team Vitality Please help if you can. ************************* ******************

      I have been a lot of business with vitality extracts and it has always been a great experience. Product works, customer service has been good when ive had an issue. Product ships promptly

      NON EXSISTANT CUSTOMER SERICE!... ZERO STARS ! I saw ********************** OILS on FB. I placed one order for an oil which arrived fine. Thinking that this was a reputable company after reading the reviews, I then placed an order for 2 diffuser bracelets. One of the two bracelets was too large and wanted to exchange for an adjustable type . AWARE OF THEIR " 7 DAY RETURN POLICY" I immediately called customer service and received the same recording that others have stated here. " That the que was full and to try back later.". This went on for 2-3 days. I also reached out to customer service thru email and was asked multiple times to provide my information and order number ( to which all 4 times I did provide that same information) After the multiple times of filling out their request for return, I finally received a response email that "Someone would reach out to me in 1-3 days". and yet another that stated that" my request had been directed to the correct department and that" someone will get back to me as soon as possible". Well we are going on day *********************************************************************************************************** to use to return the bracelet, they have in fact yet to respond to any of my request for return. I now have no other choice than to believe that they are in fact an unreliable company.:(
