      I placed my order on 1/14/23 and received them on 1/20/23. I am happy with my purchase and can't wait to put them to use.

      First ***** was good. Second never arrived. Called and emailed. Even flamed them on a survey rhey sent me. Dont send them any business.

      I ordered from this company 3 times. The first two orders went thru fine, no issues at all. The 3rd time (and my largest order) was never received by me. Tracking record says it was delivered to the front office of the campground we are staying at. #1 the front office doesn't accept deliveries, all is delivered by **** to post office boxes or delivered by courier direct to site. I tried to call at least 5 times and was put on hold and then the call dropped. I emailed several times and received emails back each time telling me how to track the package. I already knew how to do that! I finally gave up and just considered the $90 they received from me a loss and I won't order from them again. Sad because the oils were pretty good.

      Like all the other reviews posted here, the company fails to engage customer via email, letter, or phone. Website clearly states orders take 5 to 8 days to receive. Been over 2 weeks no response from company to my attempts to contact. Every day the tracking information delays delivery another day, that has been going on for approx. a week plus. Based on my experience this company is a shoddy operation which makes me question the integrity of their products. Their internet reviews are probably fake as well. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Their customer service is non existent!

      I ordered from this company and never got my products. They are a scam!!!! Like everyone else, it says order fulfilled and it never arrived and I ordered 2 months ago. It say attempted delivery. Stay away from this company and save your money. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!

      Filed a dispute with CC used because vitality has me on an autoship (that I did not request cause I never do autoship with anything). Tried calling them, no answer.. not even a recorder for me to leave a message. Tried emailing them, nothing! Tried leaving a message in FB, no answer. So I hope my CC goes after them, this is a crooked scam for sure. Chose one star only because I had to in order to leave a review, or I wouldn't even give them that!

      I was very happy with the oils I received. However, they did ship them to the wrong address initially. I reached out through the email they provide and they responded very quickly. They had my products reshipped to the correct address at no charge. It does take a while for you to receive your shipment from them and it is frustrating that customer service is not more readily available. If they were, I wouldve been able to correct the address problem much sooner. Ultimately, it took about a month for me to receive the product. I think its a lot of work for the consumer to have to jump through so many hoops with this company. At the same time, I really appreciate their products and their prices. I also appreciate that they fixed the problem and recent my products at no charge. I am conflicted as whether or not to order again.

      I would not order from this company. The company is a scam. No customer service available by phone or email. I placed an order on 12/19/22 and to this date, 1/6/2023, I have not received my order. It is supposedly sitting at my local *********** and I inquired with my local **** and no package exists. I have filed a dispute charge with my cc company. I sent all documentation to them. Buyer beware.

      My experience with this company is similar to all the other reviews....Absolutely terrible customer service. No one answers the phone; you just get a message that says the queue is full and you have to call back. Placed an order on 12/9 for Christmas and it was not received until 12/29. Still trying to get an approval for a return for which they say they only give store credit - No Refunds. I will NEVER buy from this company again and would recommend that other consumers stay clear.
