  Paid for peice of mind warranty. Instead, paid for a worthless warranty. After 3yrs with warranty, engine went to c*** ********* consumption issue with ***** equinox engines. After being in the repair shop for 2 weeks, alpha dragging their feet, wanted a "complete" teardown of motor, "if" they covered that part. If they didn't, I would be out $2000. The shop I was working with said they've never seen a more bs operation alpha is running. THEY DID NOT WANT TO PAY FOR ANYTHING was the vibe. After paying out of pocket $400 and enough of alpha's BS . We towed the car home are wondering what to do next. Cancelled the "warranty", prorated at $600. Thankfully, I wasn't out of state when this happened. DO NOT BUY-STAY AWAY....

  I called alpha warranty services yesterday. because Ive been informed from the dealership that my vacuum pump which is connected to the engine and has ran off by the alternator and is also connected to the camshaft of my 2016 **** F250 6.7 L diesel. And also that the track bar which is connected to the steering arm and suspension of the front end of the vehicle along with not the motor or electronics, but the gears of my right passenger mirror all have been declined to be covered underneath this warranty, so I called them and asked him explain why, the explanation that was repeated multiple times during our conversation was that they were following the guidelines of the contract and that the guide lines of the contract stated that it did not cover these parts. I asked how is a vacuum pump which is connected to the motor and its not a wear and tear item not covered there exclamation again the guidelines of the contract does not cover this , then I asked how is a track bar which is part of the steering and suspension also not covered once again items are not covered underneath contract then I asked them what about the mirror the motor nor is the electronics broken. Its just the gears they said, sorry, we dont cover motors I said the motor is not broken , sorry the contract does not cover then I got fed up with the lady and asked to speak with the supervisor her reply was sorry you have to wait 24 to 48 hours to speak with the supervisor which is ********* Im never heard that with any kind of customer service so I hung up with that lady. Then I called back, got a much nicer lady which told me the same exact things but in a nicer way she had a little bit more compassion but dont let compassion and niceness blind. You have the s***** contract. I literally have the contract A1 through -16 which should cover pretty much everything on that vehicle, except for ******************* as stated earlier, so if youre looking for a review do not purchase with this company

  Worst warranty I have ever had. Does not cover cost of repair even though failing part was covered in contract. Fine print and legal mumbo jumbo to slither out of paying. Sorry you are disappointed in your recent claim. Is what you can expect from Alpha.

  TERRIBLY EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY!!! THEY COVER NOTHING!! WASTE OF MONEY!! DO NOT PURCHASE OR SELL THIS WARRANTY!!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS, RUDE AND ACTS LIKE THEY JUST CANNOT WAIT TO GET OFF THE TELEPHONE WITH YOU. I'M A SERVICE ADVISOR FOR A DEALERSHIP, AND THIS IS ONE EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND USING!!

  Bought two cars, one for myself and one for my parents, and paid for the warrants for both vehicles in July 2022 (6 months ago.) my vehicle is not in the shop, needing a transmission replacement and they are adamant about denying my claim, due to insufficient fluids and poor maintenance. Even the mechanics at the dealership I bought the car from have said that neither were the cause of my issue but there is no way for them to prove that one way or the other. Essentially, Alpha is using whatever loophole they can to avoid paying for the transmission repair, which is plainly covered under my warranty.

  Absolutely worst service ever they wouldn't cover my repairs for my car wich clearly stated it was covered had to come out of pocket **** dollars cause they wouldn't cover my clutch repair what is the point of having a service that doesn't cover things that are clearly supposed to be covered will never use there service again Absolutely a trash service it would be 0 stars if I was allowed to do soo

  Absolutely waste in my case. I paid for the extra wheel and tire warranty and I had an incident with a damaged wheel. This is a work vehicle and I use it to feed my family and make a living, it has now taken them 2 weeks after sending multiple pictures of the vehicle, to tell me they won't cover it and I need to call insurance instead. I understand some issues may be for insurance but it shouldn't have taken 2 weeks number 1, and number 2, if I paid you for extra protection dont deny me coverage because now I feel as though i wasted money and now I have lost time and money with the length of time they took to deny me.
