1 starPlace uses deceptive tactics to make the consumer feel protected. They have brochures that are distributed that are misleading. Prepare to either have your claim denied or for them to cover a fraction of the repair. They deflect blame on the dealership and the dealership deflects blame on them. There is no culpability. When I presented the misleading pamphlet I was shown they denied they distributed it. The dealership presented the pamphlet and uses terms like "bumper to bumper, any and every" but when you're signing the paperwork at closing, be aware there are a lot of exclusions. It's very evident its a sales tactic and with the markups I'm these warranties the finance guys have no problem s******* the consumer. You've been warned!Review fromRob G

The worst run do not get this warranty company if you do go over it with a magnify glass they will deny your claim and won't let you speak with supervisor they only pay up to certain amounts for expensive parts if you got rental car coverage you can't rent on weekends or holidays only week days just because you have a warranty doesn't mean it's a good one please look over your warranty that's why they have the writing so small so you don't see what there doing.

1 starI submitted my claim through my mechanic on 11/07/2024 and now its 11/21/2024 and my claim hasnt been approved and I have had to take vacation time because I have no other car and I live 30 miles from my job. I call almost every day and they give me the same run around everything step takes 24 to *********************************************************************************************************************************** overtime money because I cant get to work this is the worst warranty company on this planet and no one has ever contacted me I have always had to call them and on top of that I have to be back at work on 11/26/2024 but have no way of getting there this company could care less who they hurt and on top of this next week is thanksgiving and I have no way to get to my family so thanks alpha warranty for making this my worst 3 weeks ever this is what they do to veterans I have called them every 2 days and I hear the same bs its under review thanks for nothing because thats what you have done nothing you took the money for the plan and nothing to speed up the process because its not you who needs it.
