I took my car in because I smelled gas. They had to drop the gas tank and found the fuel pump had a crack in it. After the shop sent photos they denied my claim saying they could not see the crack. You can in the photo. They even requested someone come out but were denied. I ultimately had to pay over 2k to get it fixed because I couldn't afford an **** anymore to get to work. I have 3 children and they just took food out of their mouths. The repair facility was one on a list they sent me. They did everything alpha asked but was still denied for a part that is covered. They will pay if it is cheap but not if you need real work. Wish I could get my money back

After reviewing the claim, we see that coverage was potentially available for your fuel pump. However, we were unable to confirm the failure because the photos and video provided by your repair facility didnt clearly show the crack or leak needed for verification. We know this is far from ideal and regret any confusion caused during the process.Unfortunately, since the repair facility proceeded with the repairs before further inspection could be arranged, we werent able to pursue other options to verify the failure.

5 starsI have had two positive experiences with Alpha Warranty. They approved two very signifigant repairs, an engine replacement and a replacement a/c compressor. Plus Labor, of course. (ABOUT $6500! ) Just had to pay $100 deductible. However, I was prepared with all maintenance records, every single time i brought it to shop. CHANGE YOUR OIL REGULARLY AND HAVE DOCUMENTATION FOR ANYTHING YOU GET DONE. which definitely helped getting approval. As long as you READ YOUR PERSONALIZED VEHICLE CONTRACT and KEEP UP with any maintenance and documentation- you will be treated fairly, in my experience. Good Luck to you!Review fromGary G
