      I agree with every single comment. I placed an order for a mug press and received vinyl instead of my presser, I immediately called Cricut customer service. They provided me with a ticket # and I took pics of the wrong items sent to me and emailed them. I followed up 2 days later and they said it was in the warehouse waiting to be shipped. Day 4 and nothing yet. I asked if I can have my money back so I can go elsewhere I even asked to speak with a supervisor, I keep getting the runaround. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM CRICUT directly again.

      When you spend $800 on an Autopress. Its not for hobby. Its a profesional tool. It arrived damaged. It wont stay closed. On the 15th after just 1 use. I called to request a replacement for been DOA. Today is 20th. Still not a simple email or anything. Had to call to be told that on Thursday I will get a response. This is plain absurd.

      As many others have stated, Cricut's customer service is beyond terrible. I ordered a Maker 3 and then I remembered that I had received an email with a code for free shipping. I called customer service to see if I could use my code and was told that I had to cancel that order and make a new order. If I had known it was going to be such a hassle to do that, I would not have cancelled the first order, or I would have looked for another type of machine (non-Cricut). Anyway, they shipped out the first order anyway, in three separate packages, and two of them were diverted back to the warehouse. The second order arrived in a few days and my credit card was, of course, charged for both orders. After numerous calls in which they could not seem to understand what I was asking for, I finally got someone on the phone who said she would take it up with their ******************* When she got back on the line she said they do not reimburse for shipping (even though it was not shipped here, and they got the first machine back). So, we got part of the money back on the credit card. I sure wish I had read these reviews before we ordered a Cricut. Now I know that there are other machines out there that do the same thing and if I need a new machine, I'm going with a different brand.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I agree with everyone on here the worst customer service I have ever received. I ordered a heat press it came with a hole in the cord. Called customer service and was on the phone for 2 HOURS! I had to send pictures of the damage which I did, pictures of the serial number and a picture of proof of purchase which I did. I asked why they can't just pull my order up from my order number why do I need to send proof of purchase? 2 hours later he said I'm all set new one will be sent out and prepaid label will be emailed to me. 7 days later I get another email that they need a picture of the damage! So I send another picture and then a couple days after that which is now 10 days after my initial call I get a call that they need a picture of the damage! I'm irrate at this time I was under the impression that this is all taken care of and a new one is in the mail and in fact nothing is taken care of. I send another picture of damage and I get another email that I should receive a new press in 10 -14 days which 10 days have already gone by! I wanted to do a few Christmas projects and now I can't because of their incompetence. This should have been express shipment. For such a huge business the customer service is appalling. For anyone out there reading this DO NOT ORDER anything off their website if you have a problem oh well!!! Save your money and yourself a headache. This company could careless about their customers.

      If I could give Cricut zero stars, I would. I ordered a Cricut Maker 3 on December 7, 2022. I called and cancelled my order within two (2) hours of ordering. This is well within Cricuts 4-hour cancellation policy stated on their website. I was told the order was cancelled. The item shipped anyway! So I had to go through the hassle of obtaining an RMA to return the item. This included a request by me to speak to a supervisor, because I feel I should not have to pay return shipping on something I cancelled yet they shipped anyway, and a promise from the customer service rep that a supervisor would call me. No one called me back. I shipped the item back in the timeframe listed in Cricuts return policy. Cricut only refunded me $199.02 of the $362.51 order. They charged me $163.49 for return shipping on an item I cancelled per their policy which should never have shipped in the first place. I will never purchase anything from this company again. Terrible customer service and extremely shady business practices.

      This is the worst customer service from such a large company. I want to return everything. They double charged me and I have spend three week trying to get a refund. Then they refunded part of the double charge not the whole thing. They call at 6am. Email response it a joke and they are not available via phone half the time. I will never buy from them again. If I can find a comparable machine quickly I will return what I bought. If I can. That *** take months

      Cricut is scamming me out of $200 for a mug press that will not connect to any software I have at home. I need to buy a laptop or desktop computer in order to use a mug press that I was gifted for my birthday. *********** wont accept a return because its opened (not used) and Cricut wont accept the return because its past 30 days (with proof of receipt). The original receipt states returns of 90 days with original receipt. 60 days without. Manager refuses to speak with me. Keeps telling the care representative to call me back tomorrow. This is absurd. Very poor customer service skills, **********************. We spend thousands with this company, the least they can do is accommodate. Never. Again.

      CUSTOMER SERVICE/IT I purchased Access Premium when I purchased my machine. I thought I needed it to use my Cricut but Design Space is available for free. *Cancel your paid subscription anytime BUT at no cost to the company. The website states no cash value when canceling. Buyer beware. Forgot to cancel second year.I remembered this year and canceled prior to renewal. I was then offered a well paying job, that would require the Access Premium, shortly after canceling and shortly prior to my subscription running out. The job would've covered my Premium cost as well as set me financially for the next few months. I returned to my account to reinstate renewal, not an option on the site. I called customer service, they do not have the technical means to reinstate. I was told I would have to wait until it expired and then purchase as if I'd never had it. Why is reinstating automatic renewal not an option, it would better serve both the customer and the company. They have IT, it would not be terribly time consuming to code that ability into their site.When my subscription expired I repurchased the Premium subscription. The money was immediately taken from my bank account, and showed in my Cricut account that the transaction was complete. However Design Space remained basic. It was a Saturday so had to wait 'til Monday to be told it was a technical error, they could only refund my money, and that I would have to repurchase it, AGAIN. YOU HAVE I.T., FIX! I have lost a needed job right before Christmas and am out the $172.49 CAD until(if) it reaches me in **** business days. I was offered a $50 promo code as compensation for the $1000's I have lost because of the unacceptable state of their website. This company made a minimum of 2.3 million dollars in subscriptions alone in 2021 (According to Cricut ***** with none of it going toward bettering either the site or Customer Service's ability to amend data within in it. This is shameful and unacceptable.

      Unfortunately, I agree with all of these terrible reviews. The Cricut design software is very very difficult to use. The developers I feel just make updates and the system just gets worse. I do not think the people developing this software even use it so they probably do not know how terrible it is. This is highly unfortunate because I love my Cricut and it used to work so well, but after all these updates I can no longer make the same things I used to. If Cricut could get their s*** together and fix these issues I'm sure their current customers and future customers would be very happy.

      Ordered a Maker3. After being on the phone with support for 3hours to find out the Maker3 was broken and now going on 4 days trying to return it, and getting the complete run around. Asked to speak to a manager and they are yet to call me back! I will never buy from Cricut again. Your customer service is the worst! Get people who speak English.
