I have never filed a complaint with BBB, but I have been trying to contact the customer support for a few months now, which they only give an email and no phone number to contact them, and they have not helped me with getting into my account. This happened when they changed their website. The account I have, has a non-working email and I am unable to change the password because the email they have is a non-working email.
I am also concerned they will charge me again through the recurring payments subscription I have when I haven’t even been able to take any courses this year.Business Response

I cannot log into my account. I have contacted them over 5 times to reset my login information and I have not heard anything back from them. I need to check my subscription. I am writing in regards to CE4Less, which is a an affiliate of Level Education Group. I have been a customer for many years. On 11/4/2023, I updated my email address and attempted to change my password. I received an automated response, stating that my email address had been updated, however, when I went to reset my password, I received a message, stating that a link had been sent to my email. I never received the link and have attempted to reset it, several times, to no avail. I have sent 2 ticket request for assistance and have not received a response. The phone numbers that are listed for the company, state that all inquiries need to be submitted online.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and pay for this service, as a integral part of my continuing education. Without access to my account which I have paid for, I cannot access the courses and documentation, that I need to provide t my licensing board for CEU verification.Business Response

This is the first complaint I have written in my life. After years of trying to take 2, 2 -year subscriptions of unlimited courses at CE4less, I am totally frustrated about the password problems and not being able to access my courses at all. I tried to write a ticket to them, but the site kicked me out with password issues and I could not get in again. I have spent so many hours trying to get in and take courses and have never been able to take even one let alone unlimited. I would like a full refund for my courses plus an extended membership for courses for all the time I have wasted. I need explicit instructions on how to get in, take the courses, and get credit for them because the software does not work. Ceus are essential for my licensure.Business Response

I am attempting to access the CE4Less website, a sister company to Level Education Group. Just as so many others have recently reported, I tried to log into my account and the screen said that my password was incorrect. I was instructed to reset my password to a new one so I clicked on the reset password. It said I would get a link that would allow me to change to a new password. I have been trying for many, many days to do this. Their site keeps saying they will send a link in 10 minutes but nothing is ever received. I sought a phone number to report the problem directly. Nowhere on the web is there a phone number listed. I then messaged their customer support informing them of the problem and still have heard nothing. Multiple times. Nothing. I can't log in, I can't take any courses and I paid for unlimited courses. My complaint is exactly like numerous others that have been received and still this company does nothing to remedy the situation.Business Response

I purchased a 2 year subscription to the company to access their materials. My subscription should still be active for several more months, however I can't access my account. I forgot my password and when I tried to re-set it, the e-mail to re-set it is being sent to an e-mail address associated with a previous employer that I no longer have access to. I signed up for CE4Less last fall to complete some ethics CE credits I needed. You had to agree to an auto renewal situation. I just went to cancel as I don't need it anymore and I can't access my account. They required me to change my password and then never sent an email to do so even after multiple requests. The phone number I dug up goes nowhere. I want to be able to cancel my subscription and not be charged. I also want you to fix these issues. Clearly you know there is a problem based on the repeated complaints here. You aren't responding to people for weeks and they have to come here and file a complaint to get a resolution. It's unacceptable to just let this keep happening. Who does business that way?! Also, when I sent emails asking for you to cancel my account (with no response) I DID get an email asking if I wanted to confirm my subscription. Seriously?!Business Response

I have an account with ********************. I set it up under my work email account. I no longer work for that employer. CE4less recently changed their login requirements and required all account holders to change their passwords. The process involved accessing a link in the email address on file. I cannot access my old work email account, therefore, I can't update and access my CE4less account.I tried to resolve this issue with CE4less three different ways. Their customer support page (**************************************************) has 3 ways to contact them (i.e. submit a ticket, customer support email, mailing address). I tried each method at least once and have yet to receive a response. In the end, I just want access to the account that I paid for.Business Response

I have been researching this account and have found an account under ****************. Is this your old employer? I show the name of the account holder is different than yours.
Either way, it would be best to just set up a new account for you with the email you would like to use. I can set that up for you with some information from you, or you can go in and set it up under enroll. For me to set it up, I would need the email that you would like to have as your userid and password of your choosing. If you want to set it up, you will need to do the same thing, then let me know what your email for that account is and then I can go in and add your completed courses and enrolled courses. I will also add a free membership for one year either way.
Please let me know which way you would like to do this. I am more than happy to resolve this for you.

Last year, I purchased a life time membership access to the CE4less online program for $599.00. Recently, I tried to access the program, but the company got an upgrade to their program and requested that I create a new password. I have made numerous attempts to do so; all unsuccessful. They asked for my current email (which I have had for 10+ years) so that they can contact me and provide a reset password. I have NEVER received an email from them. This is incredibly poor service!!!! They should not be BBB approved. I have read the many other complaints filed and they all describe similar experiences.Business Response

JUst go to log in, enter your user id and this as your password. Do the captcha that is required. Enter. Wait. The right side of your screen will go to red lettering and instructions. Just ignore anything there and wait. It will log you into your account automatically. You can then go reset the password of your choosing. I have also ensured that you have a lifetime membership that is valid.
I am sorry for this inconvenience, as we have updated our website and it required all users to change their password. For the issues that you have experience, I am sending you a check for $100 on you subscription. You should see that within **** days.

I received the response, but continue to have difficulty signing in, resetting password and accessing courses. I reset password, and 1.) it appears that my account opened, but in the top right (signin/signup) does not display my name, yet the profile lists my information, 2.) I completed a course a couple of months ago, and my account does not show the course completed; in fact, there is no record of any courses completed by me of which there should be many 3.) when I select a course it is asking for payment which should be covered under my "unlimited course" payment.Please address these concerns, you can reach me by cell: ************

Thank you for showing us the issues. It all stemmed from there being 2 accounts in your email addresses. One is under user id ********************* and the other is user id Michileen1. The account with gmail as the user id was updated with all the information that you had first inquired about. This is not the account that you are using, so please use the account with Michileen1 as the user id. I believe that is the one that you have been watching for the changes.

To address your concerns, 1. No one has their name displaying at the top banner on the accounts. It is not something that is the design plan at this time. We have been focusing on functionality more than appearance. This will be in the future, but right now it is not there. All of your information is corrected and showing under account information. 2. The course that you are missing, Substance Use Disorder Treatment: Family Counseling Approaches and took on 5/10/2023 is now showing as completed on your account as well as all other courses. 3. I have updated your account to reflect the lifetime membership. Additionally, there is a check on the way for $100 partial refund for these issues.
