    Aggressive door to door canvassers at my Temecula CA residence today.Would not take NO for an answer., demanding to know why I had not put solar panels on my roof.Then started lying about one of his competitors going out of business, poor information btw. Always leaves a bad taste in your mouth when someone you just met starts bad mouthing someone or something you actually know quite a bit about.Then thought that it would be good for a door to door canvasser to give financial advice to me because he had read a ************************* book!Not sure if its required company reading or that was just from his book of the month club.Very, very rude!

    Buyer Beware I am a facilities manager at a church.I came home and noticed a neighbor talking to a guy with a clipboard talking to a neighbor. When he finished with the neighbor, I asked him what company he was with and he showed me his badge and said Sunder. I mentioned that we have a big no soliciting sign at the entrance of our community. He said he is not selling anything. I said that I saw you with the neighbor. He said and I quote " I had an appointment set to talk to her. I apologized for thinking he was cold calling. I mentioned that you had just rang my door **** earlier and spoke to my wife. He said "No, did not." I said are you saying you did not come on my property. He said " NO". I apologized for my mistake. I then went inside and asked my wife was that the guy you said rang the doorbell and you spoke with and she said "yes". I went outside and mentioned this to this salesperson and he said he did not come on my property or speak with my wife. I walked away .... then went to my neighbor as asked if they had an appointment, they said NO. What type of company would hire a guy like this. He LIED TO ME three times. I have been in sales and customer service for 40 years and I have NEVER seen the likes of this.I am sending this out to our HOA, BBB and all corporate sites.

    This gentleman that handled setting my mothers home up with solar was wildly professional & captivating. We were weary of buyers remorse but Jake ****** checked in with us frequently. All the equipment works, no issues thus far. Beats the utility rates these days! At **************** with the product. There might be some bad apples at Sunder but we were happy with our experience!

    Bizarre situation. Started with a cold call sales at my door from a young man who had no business cards, brochures or documentation. Pressured me to get a copy of my electricity bill. Refused to give it to him. I asked for his phone number and told him I would contact him after I researched his company. I did and found many disturbing reviews. I texted Hum that there was no need to continue pursuing me as a customer. He then left a bizarre, hand written 4 page letter in my mailbox. It talked about how upset he was and seemed almost like a stalker. I'm registering this concern in case he continues to contact me.

    A rep came to my moms house to help her get rid of Duke energy and save money. She didnt qualify however the representative was informative and transparent and when she meets the qualifications we will use Sunder!

    Amazing experience with Sunder and their installer Palmetto solar! I have looked into solar a few times and Im really happy I waited and went with Sunder. Compared to the other companies I met with; Sunder was the best. Their pricing and customer support and service has been amazing! I would definitely recommend sunder/palmetto to friends and family

    Very misleading 100% They put the panels on in a timely manner yes but now I have a solar bill and a SRP bill. Both together are WAY more than my SRP bill ever was. I should not have signed with them. They are costing me more money :((

    Couldn't be more pleased!Our experience with *********************************** couldn't have been easier or more professional. Our contact, *********, explained everything clearly, giving us various options to choose from, both in terms of how much solar we wanted to install and whether we wanted to pay up front or choose a pay-as-you-generate plan. Everyone we dealt with was professional and courteous especially ********* and we got our panels installed in a timely manner. We are now enjoying our website monitor that tells us every day how much electricity we have generated. In both cases ********* specified the correct system through careful review of my electric bills, then did proper installation with very durable components and methods of anchoring, all properly wired to code. Between our solar array and our new electric TV, we are thrilled to be "part of the solution."We are very pleased with the entire program and results.Thank you ********* for your dedication and hard effort and making me a very successful customer.. you are appreciated sir..********* for president ****..
