  My story isn't too different from others in the community in which I live. Rates are increasing and even though my city sits below the national average of 16/kWh, the delivery fee is a bit ridiculous and with all the technological changes and infrastructural changes going on with power delivery, it's a good opportunity for shady Investor Owned Utility companies to change the terms of the service.We went with Sunder simply because they offered an extensive service warranty and guarantee. We had a ************ for solar so we had a lot of say in the placement and design. It was a bit of a wait for construction started, but in the end the best part is that we're paying for something we own and can use.

  Zero communication. Buyer beware. I was supposed to have a system installed by August 6 months later NOTHING. After reviewing who they sub contract with on Yelp the reviews for Freedom Forever are almost criminal.

  -0- stars. BEWARE if you are approached by ******************************* in his fancy jeep telling you hes with FPL hes a flat out LIAR. He is employed by Sunder Energy. He will tell you hes sending out people to go over the info. Turns out the next guys come in a Tesla taking our info from what we paid this year with FPL. Oh we will give you a great deal. No money down from you blah blah blah. Swindled my partner into signing with *************. Within less than 10 hours we cancelled with ************************* salesman with Energy Pros Solar. Something very shady happening here. Bait and switch ? DO NOT USE either company! We have yet to receive our cancellation notice from Sunnova Solar. We do not want solar panels on our home. Now or ever. They are in it for the commission checks and not the consumer.

  The ABSOLUTE WORST!!!! Do more research - No customer service They sell for their commission then dont know anything from there!!! They sell then sub it to an installer who informed me they just install my Sunder rep should teach me. Fyi year later still not working properly or know the answers. I could go on and on. PLEASE dont go with this company.

  I wish I could give them less than one star, they are scammers, if ********************* comes to your door, close it do not entertain him, all lie. I sorry I did not read there review before, what Ms ******* stated is correct, as soon as the contract went through, I was unable to reach sales representatives and I got a number for the regional manager. I voice my concerns and he told me h*** call me back in 30 min, all now I have not received a call back. They even told me that Ill receive $1200 towards my electric bills and I never receive it, they are a **** of thieves, liar and scammers.

  Sales rep ***************************** made a large# of promises advising they would manage the project with the solar company and then literally disappeared once the loan cleared. Stopped returning any calls, or texts, voice mail is full with other people I assume they are ignoring. Having issues with the ************* they used as well and we are now 5 months in, with panels on our roof that are not yet turned on, City has not finalized inspection since no one is following up from the ************* to manage the process. No project manager or support or follow up. I have been texting and calling and have yet to get any movement. additionally loan payments started in June, and am paying for both the solar which is not turned on and my electric bill for the last 3 months. I get a text today after 5 months of no outreach, telling me how terrible the solar company is and that I should write a bad ****** review, that they wont' work with them anymore, so where does that leave me. I am floored. At some point I believe I am going to need to get a lawyer. Not sure what to do at this time. Seems fraudulent that anyone can do this to someone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. NO SERVICE, ALL LIES, JUST TAKE YOUR $$$ and RUN.

  I use to be employed by this company, and if you are a home owner and have been affected or contacted by Sunder Energy please read: The solar consultant's and appointment setters have one main goal and that goal is to make commission off of the homeowner, even if that means convincing them to sign a contract that the homeowner does not understand or convinces them they are receiving the "best" deal and saving large amount of money on their monthly electricity bill. The managers and ***, ********************* want the consultants to sell their products KNOWING that they are selling a scam. The solar consultants receive $5,000-$9,000 of commission per HOMEOWNER if solar panels are placed on their roof. These solar "consultants" are not licensed or know about the industry as they say they do. In *****, the Manager(s) rent out random office buildings and say they " own" the building to homeowners to convince them they have an office building with many employees that are there to help at any given time. FALSE. You signed a contract and now want to get out of it because you read the small print? GOOD LUCK. You will need a lawyer and if you try to contact your solar consultant they most likely have your phone number blocked. It is all a scam. Please avoid signing ANY type of contracts when it comes to Sunder Energy. They hire young adults to do the scamming and it is truthfully disgusting because the higher *** like the *** ********************* and all of his family members are gaining huge profits by scamming. It is just a matter of time before they are caught. Solar panels are not regulated by the government yet, and that is why Sunder energy and other solar companies can easily scam. About 5-7 solar consultants were arrested last year due to signing innocent homeowners on contracts using their social security numbers from Sunder Energy. PLEASE do yourself and your friends a favor and never sign a contract with SUNDER ENERGY or other solar companies.

  Installed solar 4 months ago and absolutely love it. Team was amazing and wonderful to work with.
