    Signed up for solar installation in Feb 2023. Incurred $25k in debt. Solar system installed improperly; system remains inoperable. Company selected roof installers continually botched and failed to show up for inspections, causing unnecessary delay. Solar installers installed shut off box in wrong area, ripped it out, damaged the stucco of the home and abandoned the repairs.Solar installers unnecessarily installed multiple grounding wire rods.Installed open wire within two feet of pool rather than connecting to additionally installed grounding rod. Multiple complaints remain unanswered. The assigned representative (********************* of Sunder energy) left the country and abandoned meaningful work on the matter. Direct contact with company is an endless waste of time. Reps provide no information, offer no solutions and do not address the safety concerns of the exposed wire. Paying on solar debt for 4 months, project is abandoned with no end in sight. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY...the sub contract everything but do not properly vet or monitor the vendors. Its a joke.

    My wife and I werent sure about Solar in the past but a sunder representative was very patient in answering all of our questions and helping us understand why Solar was the move for our home. Weve had it eight months now and we love it!

    My husband and I were skeptical about Solar at first because we have heard mixed reviews online and from friends. A Sunder rep came to our door and was very transparent and knowledgeable. He walked ** through the entire process and even helped out our friends with their solar! He explained that some people have a bad experience with solar simply because of a bad rep or an energy company that isnt compatible with solar. He was able to get our friends with the right energy company and ** as well. He was very prompt to answer his phone any time we called/texted and he still is! Awesome company and rep. ** love our solar!

    I have had a very negative experience during my previous employment at Sunder Energy. Based on my personal observations, I found the company's conduct to be lacking in professionalism both internally and towards its customers. There were instances where the treatment of employees was subpar, and I believe that customers were also impacted by unsatisfactory practices.

    I asked my neighbor about his solar installation, and he shared the name of his sales representative ******************************* and then I was introduced to my sales representative ***********************. ***** became the main point of contact for **, and he did a very conscientious job of explaining every thing we were concerned about. ***** even brought *************************, the ** for ***** and three other states, over to visit with my wife and ******** our system plan and installation were uncommonly easy, but we went from Saturday meeting, Monday site survey, to Thursday installation very efficiently. We still have not had our system certified and switched over by CenterPoint Energy yet, and we understand that will take a few weeks, but so far, all is well. ****************

    Great company and great representatives! ***** and ****** were great! They were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. I have recommended them to all my friends. If youre thinking about going Solar with Sunder, youre in good hands!

    ******* came to my door and provided me alot of knowledge about Solar. Unfortunately I was denied, but definitely wanted to move forward. Great company & highly recommend for any ****** Resident!

    I can only say nothing but great things about this company and my sales rep. **** the beginning when my rep came into my home and explained the entire process. ******* stated that she would be with us through the entirety of the project and she definitely was. System was quickly installed after approximately 45 day and all complete in one day. The crew was extremely professional. This is the company you want to go with if your looking to go solar.
