it is actually illegal for them to purchase a debt from the original creditor without the knowledge of the person that owes the debt. I owed Vivant and that is who I should pay not Zions Debt Holdings, LLC.

I was sent a letter attempting to collect on something I NEVER had anything to do with. I did try the phone number on the letter but got this message We are sorry. An application error has occurred. Good bye! Whatever. They are committing fraud. I will definitely hire an attorney if needed to protect my credit. Shame on them! They dont deserve even 1 star but I wanted to be able to leave this message.

They support and promote credit card fraud. And file false claims.

This company filed on me for 50.00 from 12 years ago. We did not owe them anything. How can they just turn me in for a collection when Texas laws says you can only go back 4 years. This is FRAUD. Going to turn them into the attorney general and the Insurance board

"0" rating at this time. This....whatever it is, is so fraudulent: they continue to suddenly attack accounts that are about to be dropped from a person's credit report and supply with inaccurate information to damage your credit, which they have done. They show no proof of their findings, no previous payment dates, lie about the location of where a security service was used, change when "opened" dates, change dates period! If I lived in one State (VA) in 2/2016, moved in 06/2017 in VA, then relocated to DE in 07/2020 and still living there currently as of this date 10/2023; how can I work and pay for a home security service in VA, opened in 11/2022?? I must be a Traveling Ghost! I've submitted correct information with proof to Transunion agency and for some reason they don't question this company themselves. Well, they don't give you enough space to explain everything anyways. I have seen so many different dates on this account. If it was scheduled to drop off in 12/24, if they saying it was opened in 11/2022 - 11 months ago??, but the truth is, it should have been dropped off 06/2023 - 7 years, and that is printed in credit report - yet they don't produce where I'm living at in 11/2022 that I just opened?? You can't make this stuff up, it's too traitorous! I always thought that the three main credit bureaus that hold our very "livihood" in their hands were to be trusted; not now, they have severly broken that belief! they have became very lazy and won't research your resources you supply or what they can find out on their on. I have noticed, COVID-19 changed a lot of work ethics! Nobody really cares, it's just a paycheck and they answer you back so quickly too! Unbelieveable! while I do understand if have a bill you should pay it, but sometimes it does get well over our heads and we are a paycheck from being homeless! But don't set people up, on purpose to fail and it is so plain as day, of what i have reviewed by this people; that is their ultimate goal!

same issues as everyone below!!! during pandemic and now having extreme hardship and im permanently disabled. signed up with protect america 2019, loved them and told them i may need to cancel bc I don't have money to afford home monitoring. ****** took them over and had several severe issues and said I do not want or trust brinks for monitoring my home its a privacy issue now for my family. they said I can cancel no issues anytime, never mentioned a charge. there should be an outclause for people whos accounts are bought over by a different security company you don't trust. this is out of my control and i don't want brinks in my home bc I don't trust them or want them monitoring my private home. i cancelled due to hardship and covid. year later i get a collection from company ******************************************************** and i dispute it, they dissapear without calling back or responding and year later then Zion debt reaches out to me that I owe almost 800 to them but I had called brinks who took over protect america and cancelled service, im disabled and cante afford it; sent them my disability and doc notes for proof and they are disgustingly rude, threatened me that they would put this as a collection on credit and they did.any lawyers who can take a case pro **** for us all, please help because our rights are being infringed on and there has to be something customers and people can do to fight zion, they have to be doing something illegal here. how can over a year go by with no word then years later im attacked via my credit and they are threatening people??? i reported them to the financial part they are governed but its a lot and you have to send a lot of docs but their uploading system keep saying files are too big to upload making it so hard to complete. I need help please to fight this just like the others. how can they legally get away with this and ruining credit. why do we have no way to fight them and they can do whatever they want???

Hi. This collect agency bought my debt after the statue of limitations has passed in ********. Someone reached out in May 2023. I have requested all documents in regards to the debt including the purchase agreement, license Information and detailed breakdown off debt plus any additional fees. I received an email with a contract from Vivant which does not show that I owe anything and a letter from ****** saying that Zions Debt purchased the debt in December 2022 when the limitation according to the letter I received would have been October 2022. The collection has been placed on my credit report and I can not dispute at this time, however a court proceeding may correct the issue.
