  This place has harassed me for months when they have the wrong person. This morning they called again and the representative called me a ******* liar and hung up on me. I called back to file a complaint and remove my number for the 5th time and again was hung up on. This is no way to treat innocent people. Unethical, verbally abusive and harassing. Unacceptable!!!

  Zion just collected $513 from me because they said I never closed my account with vivint home security! I closed my account with vivint 3 years ago and I have the email! But they said it wasn’t enough proof, they said I had to show proof of the account closed in writing from vivint! I am furious because I keep my credit clean! So I paid it and lost $513! They are scamming with each other!

  Scamming guys. Vivint cancelled my contract over the phone due to Covid and my business shutting down. 3 years later they are calling me saying I owe $1800 or they are hitting my credit report,

  Unprofessional and no due diligence of the "claim" they are threatening me by reporting my company to the ************* for delinquent payments. The contract was signed over to the existing tenant, who then took over payments, passwords, and phone number for the ********************* Brinks has records of all of this--they were billing them.Zions Debt Holdings has access to this information; so ******* I spoke with **************, said that none of this past information matters because I allegedly signed a contract with another company. They sent me a copy of it and it is not even my signature.For this company to smear and ruin a credit score that I have worked so hard to upkeep is beyond unprofessional--due to their lack of research on the information between ****** and them. It is unfortunate that there are companies and people out there like Zions Debt Holdings, LLC that ruin businesses/people due to false and lack of information--that they "purchased" and exploit to their limited truth.

  Zion Holding is a fraud. It put negative report on my credit for service I did not subscribe to. I had 3 years home security contract with Protect America (PA) and after the expiration of the contract continue month-to-month service. During this period, I never default on my account. When the service is no longer serves my purpose due to poor service, I cancel it. Unfortunately, I received an alert on my credit report due to Zion Holding putting negative report on my credit. I immediately contacted them. It was then I was told, I had a service contract with Blinks Home Security. I contacted Blinks to provide the **** of service. Unfortunately, they could not provide the proof of service, other than to say they are a subsidiary of PA. Which tells me that Blinks is in collusion with Zion Holdings. When I told ****** to provide the proof of service and any bills paid to them, they couldn't, instead, they provided the **** in my name with service address in another county unfamiliar to me- I had no affiliation with the service address it associated my name with. When I brought this to their attention, Blinks and Zion Holdings ignored further communication with me. If anyone decided to fill a class action lawsuit with these companies, I'm in...Companies like this need to be stopped for ruining peoples lives...

  I just received a letter in the mail saying that I am behind on a payment for a service through Vivint that was done on 7/30/2020 with a debt of 3.904.01. This was at the time of a hurricane in my area so Im not sure where this expense is coming from. I have never used Vivint. With research, I also never used any of its services. This expense is being further evaluated by my attorney and financial team. It has already been made known that if proof of service cannot be provided by this company, legal action will take place.

  This company is operating illegally , against the Fair Debt Collection Act they will put things on your credit bureau 1st before they will identify they are a bill collector which is an illegal act , they are supposed to notify you and give 30 days to dispute before they act they failed to do so and now are possibly going to have to pay a fine of **** dollars due to the bad business practices they bought paper and just think they are right but they are not jokes on them it comes off in november of this year due to the age of the account and they wont get nothing , they know they are wrong also they took the debt from **** dollars to 500 when i quoted them the law they have no power and are a joke ************************ is going to get them good

  This company called me twice in regard to a bill that is not the correct amount. Today, the person was rude, ghetto, and not professional. I have the text messages. I have already started my report against them. It is very disrespectful! if they call me again, I will file a lawsuit!

  so i signed a contract with Vivint earlier this year never and missed a payment. i get a alert on my credit report that i have a collection for **** and the original creditor was Vivint. Which doesnt make sense since the contract is new i havent even made a third payment on it and again never missed a payment. *** tried to contact Zion Debt Collections but never could get anybody on the phone. i called Vivint they said I never signed a contract with them that totaled for $****. Instead i get a text from **** saying they will settle the debt for ****. I whole heartly believe this is a scam I do not owe this amount and Vivint confirmed I do not owe this amount. And they wouldnt send me this supposed contract that i signed.Anyone else experience this.
