    This company is scamming the athletes and the influencers that are promoting their products. Theyre scamming customers who arent receiving products they ordered. This business should be SHUT DOWN. Do NOT waste your time with Just Meats. It will NOT be a pleasant experience. Just look at all the complaints all over ****** and social media.

    Don't waste your time. Just Meats states on their site, 1-5 business days for delivery. I'm on day 19 and still no meat. They use every excuse under the sun but don't admit they are in the business of deception; 1-5 days is a far cry from 19+. Social media is riddled with complaints regarding Just Meats.

    Stay FAR away. They are not paying their ambassadors new excuse every other week why they haven't sent payments. Its July 21st and on July 11th they swore checks would be sent. No one has gotten their checks. They are still recruiting new ambassadors and will burn them out and not pay. They owe several free boxes I ordered a bunch of meats supposedly they had stock issue so they just sent random stuff when I emailed about this they said well sometimes we have stock issues and we will credit your account.. I wanted a refund and communication would have been nice.

    This company sent me cooked meals that should be frozen all melted and warm that is unsafe quality and against the *** regulations. Their shipment came in warm to touch and not even frozen. The ice was all melted in the box which leaked all on the outside. They sent me a new box but it was the same issue. The food was warm to touch and unsafe to eat. The company has 100s of complaints on Instagram with food reaching their doors warm and unsafe. Their company should NOT be allowed to be in business. **************** is rude, doesn't think they are at fault and this company should not be allowed to be in the food business with the amount of food borne illnesses that could be caused by them. I will just take them to court if I get food poisoning.

    placed an order on 6/7 is it now 6/18 and have not received the order. They do not answer the phone and they do not get back to me via email or phone Horrible customer service

    Hello *******,There was some delays. This order was placed on the 7th and delivered on Wednesday, June 12 at 5:13 P.M. Your order number 1Z67E5680399214627. Most orders take around a week (5-7 business days to deliver) but when there's delays it may take 2 weeks or more.

    Terrible customer service they do not reply. Recently more than half my food spoiled prior to expiration date. I also manage my protein intake so I weigh my portions. I weighed my first portion to 8oz and than later in the day I weighed again and it was only 4oz. So I was not given the full 1lb they state. I reached out but of course no response. They now recently sent me an email saying they ran outta stock of an item and did not state if I would get a credit or substitute. Emailed and once again no response. Would not recommend and may be switching very soon.

    We apologize for your experience. The food weight is the cooked weight. All products that are packaged with a listed weight can have a 80% compliance, or 20% variance, in regards to labeling in order to be compliant with the **** Our packaging is compliant with the **** so some of your meats may be packed with 20% more or less meat each time. We try to stay as consistent to the listed weight as possible!

    Lying on shipping dates, expect delivery 06/03 and then next message a label should be created 06/04 Then they have the audacity to showing me Packaging orders just sitting in the warehouse. FOOD PRODUCTS, meat! Letting them sit in unsafe temperatures waiting on **** So sending spoiled meat that can get you sick. DISGUSTING!!! Then they refuse to refund me but said I can donate my order. What the heck?! So no refund, my order is sitting on a pallet going spoiled and they want me eat that c***

    Hi ********,You were correct the shipment was late and so we rewarded you your chargeback. *** at times will hold order longer than they should and there's nothing else we can do. We take our meats once palletized and load them on the trucks. Having perishable and sensitive items, they can only remain palletized for a very quick period. Thanks

    Should be called Just Dont. Five calls and no resolution. First order incomplete. Second order arrived a week late and totally spoiled. **************** horrible. Sent pictures and screenshot of original order to support email. Still waiting for response. Dont waste your precious time or money.

    Horrible experience. Ive done 6 orders off subscription with them and had delays, damaged packaging, meat turning grey and puffing. One of the chickens smelt of seafood when opened 5 days after receiving. This last order still has not shipped 10 days later. Support is 0 help and only offers a coupon and excuses. Do not waste your time or money with them.

    SCAM!!! Beware can not get any response from customer service! I signed up for subscription but didn't want delivery every 15 days, so decided to cancel my subscription and now I've paid for meat that I haven't recieved assuming they started to ship my order and since it was still in there possession the tracking number does'nt work and I can't get anyone on the phone to talk about it!
