    There are two things to look at when reviewing a company. The first is the product. The second is the quality of customer service because things inevitably go wrong no matter how good a company is.In terms of the product. Anything made with chicken thighs or pork is good. The pollo asado is excellent. The pulled pork is great for sandwiches. However, anything with beef or chicken breast will give your jaw a workout.Customer service is less 50/50. It's terrible. From a condescending attitude to insistance on a phone call to cancel, their service is indicative of a company that could not care less about serving their customers and making sure they are satisfied.My main regret is giving this company over $500 before I realized how crappy their service was and what an awful culture of 'screw the customer' they embody.

I looked over our back and forth emails and read your emails regarding your cancellation request and understand that your scheduling conflicts prevented you from joining any of our phone call attempts.Our cancellation policy is outlined at the bottom of our website, www.justmeats.com, under the "Refund and Cancellation Policies" section. According to our policy, customers have the flexibility to cancel their subscription at any time through their own personal account. If a customer encounters any difficulty canceling through the website for any reason, we ask that customers call in to process the cancellation; unfortunately, cancellations cannot be facilitated via email.We understand that sometimes customers may inadvertently select a subscription instead of a one-time order. We make an endeavor to communicate this clearly prior to checkout and after checkout, often reminding customers of their subscription choice. We have to and it would also be illegal if we didn't.We believe in the value of engaging in phone conversations with our customers as it allows for better understanding and resolution, reducing the likelihood of miscommunication that can occur through text-based communication channels like emails and chats. Following our phone discussions, we always confirm details via email to ensure clarity and accuracy.Our ******** Experience hours are designed to accommodate individuals with busy schedules, such as yourself, and are available from Monday to Friday, 07:00-9:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00-6:00 pm.While we understand you're accustomed to the protocols of larger companies in your role as a VP of ******** Services in your company. We operate as a smaller company, which offers both challenges and advantages. One notable advantage is our ability to maintain more personalized interactions with our customers due to our smaller customer base.     Terrible company with nonexistent customer service. I keep getting shipments and getting charged, yet my account cant be found with my phone number or email!

It's true there was no interaction done through phone, email and chat when we looked for you with your email ************************************* and full name. We had to find you through order numbers. We apologize for that inconvenience. Thank you.

    FRAUDULENT SUBSCRIPTIONS - I called and asked to be removed from subscription. They said no problem. Weeks later I was charged again and shipped more product. Called 5 times, emailed, no answer. Now I need to take it up with the credit card company to get my money back and stop them from charging me. Total scam

You had signed up with the discounted price only applicable to subscriptions. The one time is full price with no discounts. We are happy we were able to get it cancelled for you. We have it set where you are able to cancel at any point and time as well through your account on our website too. We appreciate your patience with us.Thanks.

    I place an order, it never arrived. I called and spoke to **** who stated their are no refunds and it may take up to another two weeks to get it delivered, still nothing.

    Their website is rigged that once you order from them you are not able to log into your account. The website system just goes around asking the same questions and info to put in such as email address, then they give you a code, you put in the code, it says re-directing, it then goes back to what is your email address, then another code ect........ you never get anywhere! Since you can't log in, you can't cancel your subscription. When you call the number listed to call, no one ever answers no matter how many times you call or when and you need to leave a message but no one calls you back! I would NOT RECOMMEND this so called business which is not professional!

    This company is despicable. They illegally sign you up for a subscription then make it impossible for you to cancel. Stay very far away from them.

    We are unable to set customer up for a subscription for them. One needs to click on the One-time option or the Subscription option. That would also be very illegal and a terrible practice for any company. We do ask for customers to call in to us or to cancel on your own through your personal account.Please let us know if you would like to engage in further conversation at ************. Thank you.

    This company scams you into placing an order and subscribe you to a bi-weekly charge and ***** you more meat without consent. I SPECIFICALLY cliced one time purchase and they still subscribed me and charged my card. I called the minute I seen the second charge. I have spoken to 4 different representatives and emailed numerous times and was assured I'd get a refund, the subscription canceled and the ordered paused which ALL 3 were a lie and have not happened and I have yet to see my refund. I have had no luck getting my money back or a resolution. I would advice anyone not to order from this company unless you are fully aware of their business practices. They use influencers on social media to advertise their product and when you go to make a 1 time purchase they scam you.
